Our time with Kingdom did not start or end well, we contacted them to perform a warranty repair on our LG gas range. On the day they were scheduled to come out and look at the oven, I called to confirm our appointment, they said they had no record of our appointment. A few days later, the service tech did finally arrive, he diagnosed the problem and said they would have to order the part. Three days later the office manager called and said the part had been ordered, that was the last we heard of any effort being made to repair our oven. What followed were days and weeks of frustration and unreturned phone calls, trying to talk to the office manager to find out what was going on. Going into six weeks of dealing with Kingdom to get our oven repaired, I called again to try and get answers. The operator relayed a message from the office manager saying that "this morning they just took it away from us", and we would have to contact LG to find another service center. When I called LG to find out what had happened, the representative said she showed no record of LG taking away the service call from Kingdom. After that, we did contact a different repair center, and the from the time we first contacted them, to the installation of the part to fix the oven, was 8 days. If Kingdom had a good reason to take six weeks not to fix our oven, they didn't share it with us

The technician came out an inspected the washing machine. He ordered the part and scheduled an appointment. The technician called 30 minutes before his arrival and was kind enough to wait at least 10 minutes for me to arrive. He replaced the control panel, and my washer is working great. I would use them again.

Does not return calls used excuse that the voice mail was not set up very hard to contact.

They came out as schedule and had to order a part. No communication. Working for Lowes extended warranty. Almost a month later and they still haven't called. Use someone else, you be better off.

Poor service, doesn't have part says will return the next day, or on Saturday ( his day off) to repair refrigerator, here it is 5 days later and they can't eve call. or will not ever return phones calls. The are part of Lowes warranty service, and this is the second time I have had to deal with them with the same results. I don't recommend doing business with these people.

They were fantastic. They were on time. They were finished in fifteen minutes. They were less expensive than other providers. Other providers did not want to come out the thirty miles to my home. They were very cooperative over the phone. They asked me what model washer I had to they could be sure to have the part. It was a husband and wife team. They cover anything within fifty miles of Waco. They were friendly. They had a good attitude.
