The estimate was free, and was very reasonable. The electricians who performed the panel replacement were friendly, professional, and did their work with consummate skill and efficiency. So, the estimate was $700.00 less than that given by the local electrical company with the largest number of "A" reviews, The final cost for the job was less than Hogg Electric's estimate. In summation, Hogg Electric performed outstanding work for an exceptional cost. I would give this company an A+ rating were that possible. I was very pleased.

Everyone was courteous, professional and prompt from the first phone call for an estimate to job completion. The cost was very reasonable. I will always use Hogg Electric from now on. I highly recommend them.

Kyle and his crew came over and straightened out a big mess in our outdoor entertaining area that had been made by multiple contractors doing multiple projects over the past year. They were thorough, very professional, paid close attention to details, and were PROMPT (i.e. showed up on time and on the day promised), which is a rare commodity in the Waco area. Everything now works perfectly and we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend him and plan to utilize his services in the future.

It was a mess. I thought it was going to be a lot more than what he thought it was going to be and he didn't charge me anymore. It took him quite a while; they had to literally dig in the ground finding them. They got them all working. The past day, I called him about my electric kitchen but he was on vacation that week and I didn't want to wait that is why I didn't use him otherwise I probably would have used him but he was out of town.

All I can say about Kyle is - WOW! Not only does he personally answer the phone when you call to speak with him but, he is so efficient, timely, professional, and friendly. We had recently purchased a new home and quickly learned that something was wrong with the electrical system. There were light switches that turned on lights opposite of the house, there were switches that did not turn on anything, fuses kept blowing, and the outside up-lighting on the house was incorrect. (the builder place 4 lights instead of 10 that was previously discussed) Instead of going the route through our builder and have the same shotty workmanship I decided to research electrical companies. Hogg Electric came highly recommended, I immediately called and Kyle answered the phone. Within a few hours he was already at my home inspecting what needed to be done. The following day he was there with his employees rewiring the house, and placing new up-lights on the front of the house. He even took the time to crawl into the attic to check our electrical system there free of charge! From start to finish our home was rewired within 24 hours! That was a good thing because Kyle said that our home could have burned down at any time due to the faulty workmanship that was done. Kyle and his team were very enjoyable to work with and if I have any other electrical issues in the future, I will definitely be returning to them!

He answered his own phone. He made me a same day appointment and was absolutely precisely on time. He explained things clearly and didn't waste time while working. He left no mess behind. Flawless, perfect!

They guys at Hogg Electric were great!! I called Kyle to see when they would be available to come by and he stated in about an hour. It was less than 30 minutes and they were at my house ready to work. I don't have much time off work and I felt like it was just fantastic that they were able to show up so quickly. The guys came in did their job and were extremely courteous and professional. The electricians that did the previous work did not perform the task correctly. Once my range was up and running my dryer quit working. I contacted Kyle and the guys showed up the next day as promised. They fixed the previous electricians mistakes at a very minimal cost!!! I really appreciate how they went the extra mile to take make sure I was satisfied. I plan on installing new cieling fans and adding some more wall outlets in a bedroom and I will definitely be giving Hogg Electric a call when I need a honest and reliable electrician.
