Everyone was great. They actually picked up my vehicle, drove it to the shop, replaced the rear window (with defrost grid panel) and vacuumed all the broken glass from inside the car!

Technician Zane was completely informative and extremely courteous. His work performance needless to say is nothing less than professional. If you are looking for professionalism with a touch of customer service priority, than Glass Doctor of Temple is your resolve.

Estimate was provided promptly to do 12 windows, we then modified order to 5 windows and placed deposit for them to order the screens. We left on a trip, had agreed to call upon return from trip to arrange for installation. Upon return from trip, called and left a message with no response. Called again and left message, no response. Then emailed. Received a call that we would be called later that day to set up a time for installation in 2 days (Wednesday). No call came. No installer arrived on Wednesday. Called them again and set up an installation for Saturday at 9 AM. Installer arrives at 10 AM with no apology or explanation, just complaints about all the work he has to do. Screens look great, by the way. While this is a relatively small order in a rural location an hour's drive from their offices, if you do not want to do the work just say so.

We had a flawless experience with Glass Doctor! We had two cabinet doors that we cut the middle out of and needed glass to insert. I called Glass Doctor with the measurements around 3:30 one afternoon and they had the glass ready for me to pick up by 9am the next morning. The price and service was great. We will definitely use Glass Doctor again for any future glass needs.
