RES AIR CONDITIONING

This old home had never had air in it, so RE$ had to install all duct work from scratch. They were prompt, courteous an did exactly as they said they would. They were very conscientious of the home and the original hardwood floors. They cleaned up after themselves, which I very much appreciated.

RES Air conditioning sold me and installed a Trane T2GXO49EER10C1 geothermal heat pump. The sales representative was very knowledgeable about the system and explained all the options. There was a delay in getting started on the project because RES must rely on a third party well driller to drill the heat source wells, but once that was completed they were prompt in making the installation. The installation crew was courteous, accommodating, and professional. They answered all my questions and worked long hours to minimize the time we were without air conditioning. About a week after the installation the service manager and one of his technicians came by to check pressures, temperatures, voltages, and currents to make sure everything was OK and to answer any questions I may have had. I recommend them highly.

They have been very dependable. They have kept their word on their warranties. When we call them, they are here when we need them. They have been professional, and they have done a good job for us. Pretty much everything we've had has been under warranty. It's just the annual fees. We pay $25 a month, so it's about $300 a year. With regard to price, they are very fair. With regard to punctuality, they call us and let us know when they are coming, and they come. If they can't, they call us, let us know and we reschedule. They are going to come again on Friday.
