+ -1 moreIncredibly nice and personable before getting the job. Afterward, not so much. Did not start or finish as promised. Damaged property. Became angry, defensive, and rude to my wife when she questioned them. We needed additional information afterward so someone else could finish the job, but they won't respond to followup questions.

Robert is amazing and I will call him if I ever have any electrical needs. He is knowledgeable, down to earth, been doing this forever, and his experience shows!

Description of Work: The over-the-stove microwave in the house we bought was direct wired into the electric supply. We had Blazer come to put an outlet and plug-in for the microwave to make it where we could unplug the unit if necessary.

Cable technician pointed out that the ground wire from main electricity supply was not attached to anything and therefore in the event of a thunder storm etc., it could cause extreme power surges that could and quot;blowand quot; out the TV and all other electrical appliances--might even cause fire. This was on a Friday late in the day. First thing Monday morning I called Blazer Electric--they came out the same day and replaced the clamp on the ground wire and re-attached it to whatever it was supposed to be attached to. My only concern was the fact of the cost. The owner said that it would be one price if one man came out, but if he had someone with him it would be $20 more. Two men did come--but the job could have been done easily by one man, and the work itself only took about 5 to 10 minutes. The second man was not needed (could have stayed in the work truck!) I have used this company in the past also, and have been very satisfied with them.

+ -1 moreI was very please with their promptness to respond on a weekend, and the willingness to do whatever they could to help.
Description of Work: I recently had a fire in my attic on a Saturday and when I called their 24 hour number they had an electrician at my house in a short period of time. He was able to assess the situation and even got electricity back on in part of the house so we would be able to stay in the house. He was very helpful by telling me that if I needed anything else to just call. I will be getting an estimate from them shortly and will use them to do the repairs. He determined what the problem was in a short amount of time.
