He was excellent. I use them for about 20 years now, his son took it over and he is really good. He responds to my call. I would definitely use them again.

It went really well. The owner Sean is very accomadting with the scheduling and made sure to work around my time frame. He called me and made me aware of a weather situation that may have interfered and helped work around

I've used them before and they are just really really nice. He cleaned up after himself.

OK, still not working, referred to septic tank specialty who got pump working, but need plumber to unblock lines.

Originally called my normal septic servicing company and they set me up for a open appointment for the entire day vice assigning a specific time period. Wanted someone out here sooner so I called Superior Septic to see if they had an earlier opening. After explaining to the gentlemen on the phone my issues he told me to check the circuit breaker in the house and in the actual septic control box. Sure enough it was the breaker in the control box. His free advice saved me a $75 non-refundable service fee from my other provider. Gentlemen was very professional on the phone and willing to provide a nonpaying customer assistance. I can only imagine the level of service paying customers get. My own service company didn't even try to lend this simple advice over the phone. Great job Superior Septic!

Provider showed up at exactly the time he said he would. He not only pumped the septic system but completely washed down the inside and removed all waste. He explained the process and why he was doing each step. He was professional and I would hire him again.

HE WAS AT THE HOUSE AT THE DESIGINATED TIME. STARTED WORK IMMEDIATELY AND WAS FINISHED WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE IN BEXAR COUNTY.

They came out as scheduled, did the job as requested for the price quoted. Very satisfied with thier work.

He arrived and started work immediately. The work took about 1 hour and then he was on his way.

I called Superior Septic on Friday about 5:45 pm because our tank was backing up. He called me about 8:15 Saturday morning to let me know he was on his way. He arrived about 9:00 and serviced our system and was gone by about 10:00. Jack was very helpful and professional and we will definitely use his company again.

The service wasn't completed on the day originally scheduled because of a maintenance issue with their truck; however, it was rescheduled for the following day and was concluded on time. Jack was professional, quick, and answered any questions that I had. I would use them again in the future. My only complaint would be that I had to call them on the day it was originally scheduled to find out about the maintenance issue after waiting most of the afternoon for a phone call, but oversights do happen and based on the performance I saw, I wouldn't think this would happen all the time with them. They also offered an unsolicited discount for my trouble that I think shows they care about their commitments.
