Soukup Roofing

Steve came on and gave estimate. I had roof damage from high winds. They completed the repair on time, I wiil use them again when my whole roof needs replacing.

Excellent service from estimator/job coordinator, office staff and on-the-job crew led by Alonzo. I had four estimates and it was down to two companies when I decided to go with Soukup Roofing. I am glad I made the right choice with this company. Alonzo and crew were all in rhythm, skilled and experienced, courteous. The crew paid atttention to detail. Clean up was excellent. The surrounding was inspected for nails several times using a magnet. My plants and shrubs were never disturbed. The drip edge used was of excellent quality and appropriate size compared with drip edge used by other roofers. The nailing system was above standards.

They were quick with their estimate and quick with coming out. They got on it right away to get the work done. The response on the estimate was slow. They came out right away to do the estimate the response on the estimate took a little longer than they told me it would but once I got it they got the work done and everything has been great. No problem.

Awesome! When the roof was originally checked the guy was running a little late and he called before the scheduled time and advised us he would be 10 minutes late. The actual workmen arrived early and the work was done in a timely and professional manner.

They were great! I did not have to be at my home while the work was completed. Very honest & up front. I will contact them in a few years when i need to replace my roof.

Josh was the supervisor/work arranger/estimator. He was very courteous and polite and worked with me to coordinate his guys being there even though my vent duct installers had not been ready on two previous appointments. This caused headaches for Josh, I am sure, but we worked it out for a third try and he even had his guys ready to come out on a Sat. morning to accommodate. The crew he sent was professional and competent. I would definitely use Soukup Roofing again and would recommend them to others!

They failed to return my call requesting a bid.

The inspector was on time and the roofers came as promised--the work was completed in a timely manner.

When the first shingle came off the roof due to wind, my insurance company called Soukup Roofing to take a look at the roof. The job was so small my insurance company did not pay for it, but I had the work done by Soukup anyway. I felt if my insurance company trusted them, so could I. The work was explained to me, and I was given a cost which was very reasonable. I agreed to the work. The work was done promptly. Months later two more shingles were blown off the roof. Again, Soukup responded promptly and did the work at a reasonable price. They were professional and easy to work with both times I used them.

Soukup came out and repaired part of our roof before we had gutters installed. Now we have a leak in the roof which has caused staining in our ceiling. I called several months ago and left a message for them. I told them that I needed to speak to someone about our roof that had been repaired but now seems to be leaking. They never returned by call. We thought they repaired the roof correctly. However, now a leak has occurred and we can get them to respond to our request to come check it out. We didn't say they did anything wrong. It could be due to the gutters. But, I would have appreciated a call back from them to schedule a time to come take a look. I'm still dealing with the leaking roof and will have to get the help of another company.

We noticed there was a small hole in our roof after hearing an animal in our attic in the middle of the night. I called Soukup Roofing because they'd received great ratings on Angie's List. From the beginning, I received professional and prompt service. Someone came to our house a few days after I placed the call. After a thorough inspection, the problem was identified. I got an estimate and scheduled the repair for the next day. I appreciated the help I received from the receptionist who made an effort to have the repairs take place before we went out of town for the holidays. We're pleased with the service we received from Soukup and certainly recommend them.

I had leaks in my roof. We had a hail storm and noticed my neighbors were getting new roofs. The insurance company told me my roof was fine. Soukup roofing replaced my roof and did a great job.

The process went well from start to finish.

We have dealt with this company before. Mr. Soukup came when we called and set up a time for his roofers to come and start.. They came at 8a.m. the following Monday and started the job. It took one and a half days to complete. There was a follow up to check for nails and debris that might have been left. The Inspector completed a final inspection of the roof. We have complete satisfaction.

My overall experience w/Soukup Roofing was delightful. From the moment I first contacted them to the completion of the job I received nothing less than the best. They came when they said they would, they called if there was going to be a delay, they were always courteous and pleasant (no matter who I talked to), the roof was littered w/workers so my roof was finished quickly and they finished the job w/an inspection and a metal detector to make sure clean-up was complete. I feel confident about the materials used and I love my new roof. Everytime I use Angie's List I have no complaints!

Josh came to give me the estimate and to check on the work answering all my questions. He was responsive when I needed to contact him. I am very pleased with the work.

They were terrific. The representative was thorough in his inspection. They were able to schedule me the day before it was supposed to rain, and they completed it within the day. When I came home from work, they were still here, and the workers were very polite.

It was through my insurance. I had to pay my deductible of $1,200. They were excellent.

I highly recommend this company as one to trust. Josh was the representative who handled my project and I could not have found a more excellent person for the job. He answered all questions and concerns fully and knowledgeably both before and after the reroof. The job itself was done very well and quicly in just one day. Even though the roofing crew made a pass through the yard with a magnet to pick up stray nails, Soulup sent out another person on another day just to search the yard more thoroughly for nails. I was very impressed. This is my second time to use Soukup and I have to say they did a much much better job of clean up this time. In addition, last time they replaced a leaky outdor faucet that had only become leaky after their crew used it. When Josh learned that the replacement had not been satisfactory and still leaked, he made special arrangements for another contractor to come and do whatever it took to solve the problem. I really like that they go above and beyond to leave everything as good or better than they found it.

This company did such a good job that I would recommend them to any one. I can not find a thing that I would change. The owner came after the job and did the final inspection to the extent that he went on top of the roof. I call that service.

Steve's bid was in the middle of the three othert bids we received. He was prompt, honest and even gave us a few tiles for free to do a smaller decorative do it yourself job. They did a great job and I would use them again. I have already refered him to my neighbor!

Perfect - job done right the first time!

I had several roofing companies come out to give me estimates for roof repairs. They were on time for the appointment, professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the detailed estimate. I would feel confident with this company. The only reason I didn't go with them is because I did receive a lower estimate from another company.
