Description of Work: Due to the hail storm last year, our roof needed to be replaced. The guys at this company were always punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. We have a very unusual roof with a rounded edge that not many companies will even attempt to try. They analyzed the wrap and did a pretty good job engineering the edges. They took out a non functioning attic fan, and installed vents along the top of the roof which were a more efficient solution. We were concerned about nails being dropped and when we asked, they cam out with a magnetized device to look for dropped nails that were missed.

Description of Work: I had some leaking and rot, and critter damage in a section of my patio roof, due to the original builder not installing a drip edge. Joshua showed up early, and was quite knowledgeable. He spent some time inspecting the repair and said he would email me an estimate the next day. I did not hear from his office until the following Monday, and it was an email that did not include the bid. I finally had to call his office a week after the inspection, and Lisa email over the bid. Joshua felt that the entire roof needed to be replaced instead of a repair.
