Great! I had been working with another agent who tried to talk me out of what I really wanted and who was unwilling to do research on the types of houses in which I was interested. Karl continually presented more houses to view and researched new areas of the city to look. He was helpful above and beyond the call of duty, even coming to the inspections and pest control visits.
Description of Work: Karl helped me to find my first house. He was very patient and available to answer all kinds of questions. He walked me through the entire process and made sure that everything was taken care of with kindness. He scheduled with me according to my availability, and he didn't mind going to see the same house more than once. He really listened to what I wanted and researched it for me, giving me feedback and additional ideas according to my requests.
