Inspect-It 1st

Mr. Skinner (I believe now working for his own company: Skinner's Inspections) did a fantastic job. He took lots of highly informative photos, found lots of issues ranging from small to fairly serious, and wrote up a detailed report that documented each issue very well. We are first time homeowners and we asked a million questions. He gave clear, informative answers to everything and was never less than perfectly patient. We would use him again without a second thought, and we couldn't recommend him more highly.

We had no idea where to go for our home inspection in San Antonio, Texas. Our Realtor Brian Birdy said he highly recommended Robert Skinner. We went to Inspect-It 1st on the recommendation of my wife's chiropractor to get an inspection done for a house that we were in the process of buying. Our experience was fantastic from beginning to end; we showed up to the house on time and the inspector was already at work inspecting it. He was very thorough and tested everything. He produced a very detailed report for us with lots of color pictures. He was very professional and able to answer every question we had in detail. I will definitely call him again for any future home inspections and refer him to friends.

I used him to inspect while I was having my house built. He found several flaws in how it was being built. He made sure that the builders took care of it. He knew what the rules and regulations were and what to look for. I trust him a lot, he looked out for me.
