I called Ingram Roofing on the recommendation of a coworker to see about getting some repairs done to the roof of my house. When I spoke to them, he said he would be out within 24 hours to take a look and would give me a call back to let me know about the estimate. I'm pretty sure he actually did go out and look at the roof because my back gate was open, but he never called back to give me an estimate. I ended up going with another company I found here on Angie's list that was much more responsive with their communication. My coworker still swears by Ingram Roofing, but he's more inclined to hunt people down than I am, so perhaps the quality of his work is great if you're willing to put forth more effort into the communication than I am.

I had left a message on the their phone on a Thursday. I got a call back the following Monday and a rep came by that afternoon. He took some measurements (patio roof) and said someone would get back with me. I also asked him if they did bathroom remodeling and he said yes but it would have to be a different person who would take care of that and that this person would contact me later. I waited a week and no one got back to me. I left at least 2 messages on their phone but still no one returned my calls. To date (2 weeks later) no one has ever got back to me. I have since decided to work with another contractor. Very disappointed with this company to say the least. At the very least they could have called and said they were too busy or they were not interested in doing the work I was requesting.

I called Mr. Brett Ingram in the morning. He came the same day in the afternoon to see what it needed to be done. He e-mailed me the proposal that same day and the job was done 3 days later. There was a water leak on the roof and they removed and replaced the rotted corner trim on the dormer. They removed and replaced the shingles along the edge of the dormer, One piece of roof decking was replaced. Painting of the new trim was included. They also installed a ridge vent along the complete main ridge. They hauled away all trash and debris. Their work has one year warranty. Mr. Brett Ingram and his crew did a very good job. They were very professional and I think Mr. Ingram gave me a very fair price for the job. I would certainly hire him again for any repair or remodeling.

We wanted to vent our microwave vent to the outside (which is something I think should be standard with all new residential homes). Anyway, Brett Ingram was recommended to us, and we setup a visit to discuss our options. He arrived on time, let us know what the work would entail, and then we setup a date to have the work done. He and his associate arrived on schedule, and started to investigate how best to proceed. He kept us informed on what our best option was base upon the framing in the wall behind the microwave, and we agreed upon the vent placement. They did the work in about two hours, and cleaned everything up very well afterwards. Now we can cook on our stovetop without the whole house filling up with smoke.

We have used them a number of times. My experience with them went well. We used them before and they have always been very good. Mike ensured that we were satisfied with the work that they did. I would highly recommend them because of their thorough work and the way in which they completed their job.

.We haven't had them do the repair on the doors but we are planning to. Their quote was very good and at a low cost. I believe he will do high quality work and looking forward to having him come to do the work.

He's reasonable and honest. I wasn't looking for the cheapest job, I was looking for quality. I saw some places where the deck was missing screws. They came out right away and made sure I was completely satisfied. He's easy to get in touch with. They always showed up on time and sometimes they came early.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY EFFICIENT, COMPLETING THE JOB ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THEY WERE ABLE TO HANDLE UNUSUAL SITUATIONS WITH OUR ROOF AND RECOMMENDED A BETTER ROOFING ALTERNATIVE FOR US.
