+ -1 moreThe patio was finished in the time quoted. However everytime it rains we find water underneath one of the ceiling fans which is obviously leaking now and water drains along the outside wall where it rains, from the installed patio cover. If that is not enough the wooden poles have started to warp. We have called Easter Construction numerous times to have them come see the problems. .. but now they do not return phone calls. Be careful who you choose. .. the price sounds great but they do NOT stand behind their work... unfortunately! !!
Description of Work: Built a covered patio and installed 2 outdoor fans.

Description of Work: I called for a quote and some guy named Ivan who has a huge accent couldn't even give me an exact time for the next day. He asked me to text him the address, and for what seems like a big company... That seemed weird. I understand we are tech savvy now, but weird. I text him the next morning about a time and he calls and gives me this long story about being late to some delivery in the west side or something. I could barely understand. "I will call you as soon as everything is situated" he said. What the h***? We dont have time to just wait around until you want to show up! Unreal. Needless to say I texted him since that seems to be the way this company works and I let him know we are no longer interested. Never heard back! Screw this company. HORRIBLE first impression! Out the window. Worse than some of these guys that do it in their own and charge way less! Does this Mike Easter guy owner really exist!?

+ -1 moreIvan arrived 2 hours late for appointment, scoped out the project, and I never heard from him again. Tried to contact the 'office' in January to file complaint about Ivan - all phone calls are forwarded to his cell phone. When I spoke to him, he said that he must have sent the estimate to wrong email address. Provided him by text on his cell with email address and never heard back from him. Not that I was expecting to.... Would have love to speak to Mike Easter directly.....
Description of Work: Was asked for estimate to resurface current concrete pool deck and build new concrete patio.

+ -1 moreSpoke to Mike Easter twice, first time he stated he would contact me due to scheduling conflict. Second time I spoke to Mr. Easter he state he would once again contact me at a later date to schedule a qoute. Never heard from him nor did i try to contact him, very odd to treat potential customers with such disregard.

+ -1 moreNever spoke to anyone. Just wanted to provide information in an evaluation that this company is unresponsive from the start.
Description of Work: Phoned everyday to inquire about a quote, but no one ever answered, left a couple of messages, but no returned calls. Message said that I was important to them and they would get back to me as soon as possible.

+ -1 moreI spoke directly with Mike Easter. We scheduled a time for him to come out and give me an estimate on pouring a concrete patio. He failed to show. I called him and was told he had a family issue arise and wasn't able to make it and we scheduled for him to come the next day. He failed to show again. At this point I figured if he didn't have common courtesy to show up for 2 scheduled appointments or give me a call then I shouldn't waste anymore of my time on him.
