Description of Work: Joe, who is one of the owners of this company was in our attic to see why the ac system he installed in our new home was not cooling our sons room. He stepped through the ceiling in the hallway. After months and months and months of begging and being given the run around by Joe and David, and now my numbers blocked, they still have not fixed it. Our sons room is still hot and I have a ugly hallway ceiling. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
