Later we hired them to come back an reroute the water lines so we could have water back on in the house. They were professional and knew what was needed. They were minimally invasive to the house, ceiling and walls. We were pleased with their work and especially the workmen that were sent as we requested the same ones that did the initial evaluation. Since this was a reroute/insurance claim, we only had to pay the deductible.

Overall the I was very satisfied with the work, there where a few times that the project could have moved along faster, but the pace was sufficient to keep me happy. This was insurance related work, which is how I found out about CPR, and was pretty large. Extensive tunneling and replacement of every drain pipe under the house. I was especially pleased with the prep and planning worked they performed and how they kept me informed each step of the way.

Repair was made and they have finally left my home. This company is in disarray and cannot conduct business properly. Work had to be delayed due to very heavy rain (that I understand), but there was never any indication that they were interested in us or our home, or finishing the job and the job stretched out to SIX MONTHS! The first supervisor (who got himself fired) would schedule appointments that I took days off work for, then he wouldn't show up...for days. Then they would tell us that someone would be out to do work, and they wouldn't show up. This was the normal pattern for these guys. ...enter supervisor number 2. New face, same results. This was an insurance job, and I have spoken to my insurance comp about removing this company from their list, but the lack of professionalism and ability to perform is unreal. I would estimate that in the 6 months the job was contracted, there was 1 month of rain, and perhaps only as many as 30 days of work. Absolutely ridiculous. Do Not Use.

Have had kitchen sink backing up once to twice a year since we got the house. I don't cook fry foods and the house is only five years old. Decided to try CPR Plumbing regardless of the few reviews because a previous costumer said they used their service for years. I'm glad I did. They were less expensive than their competition and more efficient. It took them twice as long as the previous to companies I hired in the past to clear the problem (1.5 hrs). Yet, I paid the same amount of money I paid before with other companies. Additionally, they showed me were the problem was through a camera they inserted in the pipe and what they were doing about it. The gentlemen were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They provided practical information on what to do so that they done have to come back anytime soon.

The overall experience was good. I would use this company again in the future.

Tech actually had to come back the next day because of a sizing issue with the toilet. They did not charge me for the first visit and cleaned everything up after. Great job.

Fairly well

CPR Plumbing came highly recommended as a company that specializes in leak detection and testing. We had them do a pre-test which was required in preparation of installing foundation piers in the home. This pre-test took approximately 6 hours. Luis and his helper were very professional and very detailed. We received a detailed report including pictures to determine the leaks that existed prior to the foundation repairs. After the foundation piers were put in, we had 60 days to make the plumbing repairs. The pre-test was paid for by the insurance company. Once the piers were put in place, we worked with a general contractor who in turn coordinated efforts with CPR Plumbing to remodel and repair a stand up shower, and a separate tub area. Again, CPR Plumbing made three separate trips on the post-foundation repairs. The first visit was an all day visit to fix all of the plumbing issues. We requested Luis and his helper to finish out the project. He continued to be very courteous and answered all of our questions. They were very flexible in working around our schedules and always very prompt. The second visit was to test a shower pan liner which took about 1 1/4 hours. On our request, they came to the home at 7:15 am so that we can make an unexpected trip for a funeral. The third trip was to do the final post-tests and install the remaining fixtures. We received the report within 24 hours. The price above is reflective of all of the post-foundation tests and repairs. We would highly recommend CPR Plumbing.
