 + -1 moreThey came out, gave us an estimate, the insurance person looked it over, and the insurance approved them. One part of our house is two-storey, because of the way it is constructed and they did a thorough job of evaluating it. They did find some areas where additional repairs needed to be done and these were legitimate repairs so they were not just making up things. They did it all and did it in five days as promised. So, they did it on budget and on time. It was messy for the first couple of days but that is normal for that kind of work, there is no choice with that, but overall they were good. We also got a ten-year warranty so that was good too.
Description of Work: We used Avalco Construction Inc to have a new roof put on our very large home.
