From the first phone call to the final service call this organization was first class. Caleb came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He determined that the best way to evacuate the momma and four young ones was to use a repellant and a one way trap. Meaning they could go out but not come back in. That worked like a charm. They all exited the attic the same night as the service call. He then came back and installed a heavy duty metal patch where the entry point was. I highly recommend Apple Pest Control for any of your pest control problems. Although I have not used them for any other type services yet, the manner in which they handled my issue is indicative of the way they run their company. They will always be my first call should I ever need any of their services.

Apple Pest Control did a great job. They arrived at the stated time, removed the nest in a professional manner, and left the area clean.

Caleb came to my house at 5 PM on Sat. That night I heard racket coming from around the trap, which I couldn't see from the ground. Caleb came to my house on Mon., and there was indeed an angry raccoon in the trap. He left with the trap.

Everything went well as advertised. Thought that the price was a little on the high side but have not had any problems with pests since treatment to yard.

He was punctual, great customer service, explained on services being provided.

We found what looked like termite or carpenter ant damage inside one of our walls. Out of an abundance of caution, I decided to contact an exterminator and ended up with Apple Pest Control because they were the highest rated company that was open. They got a technician out to my house just a few hours later today. Caleb was awesome and looked at the problem area, walked the exterior to check for evidence of any other problems and provided advice for no charge at all. He ultimately determined that the damage was old and that a previous owner had likely dealt with the problem. He noted that our old deck might be a problem area and should be removed/replaced, but otherwise indicated there was no evidence of any active termites in our house. He offered a quote for termite services, but stated we have no reason whatsoever to be worried right now and may well never have a problem. I can't even describe how wonderful it is to have a company who is willing to say, "You don't need any paid work done." This is a sign of tremendous honesty and I will certainly be contacting Apple again should I have any problems in the future.

It went very well. Aaron was terrific and even came back I saw some roaches after the initial treatment. Caleb also came out and did a great job a a few weeks after.

Tech was prompt and thorough. He explained what he was doing, what he was using and what to expect.

Apple Pest Control are superb! We spent more then a year with an larger company and got very tired of horrible customer service and pricing that didn't reflect in the service. Once we contacted Apple Pest Control they were extremely prompt, professional, and at a very reasonable rate. So we swapped to Apple Pest Control and are very happy with their ongoing pest control service. Highly Recommend!

We called Apple, and they were really awesome! They came out fast, and sent someone who has done it many times before. They trapped the animals with a live have a heart trap, and within minutes of checking found a hole in the roof where they were getting in and out. They came then and took the animals far away and released them. It was nice not having to see a big dead animal. They were very conscientious and knowledgeable, and I'd definitely use them again. I've also had them come out and do pest control spraying, and we're now on their 3 month plan.

I bought a deal on Angie's List for one time spraying for pests, the deal said this included ants. However, when the service person arrived he said I had carpenter ants and spraying for those required a different chemical which was more expensive. So I paid more on top of what I already paid. The service person thoroughly sprayed around the exterior of my home and it did stop the ants. It has been about 2 1/2 months and the ants haven't returned. So I think the service I got was good, I was just not happy with the confusion about the "ants" and the extra I had to pay.

I was not present at the time but my neighbor handled it and said everything went according to plan. The company gave the promised discounts for the service.

Shayla set the appointment up and couldn't have been more courteous and accommodating. Adam came out and sprayed our home for pests. He answered all of my questions - which were numerous - with patience and professionalism. He's very personable and you can tell he knows his business. Questions regarding termite control were answered in a way my husband and I could understand, not having any expertise in this area. I'd use this company again in a heart beat. Very professional and accommodating.

Great service/ quality products used

linear foot, but that is in line with what I researched. Aaron was the tech that came out and he did an awesome job. He was pleasant , professional and let me ask a ton of question which he could answer. Stan the boss came himself which is an added sense of security. They with the exception of Adam are all very nice, very careful with my house and very professional. So glad I decided to go with them.

They were very accommodating and there prices are decent. I am on the low end of the mid range. They are very knowledgeable and prompt.

They were reasonable and close. The only problem with them is that, when they called me up saying that it was time for the quarterly visit, I scheduled. But suddenly a doctor's appointment came up so I rescheduled them and I waited and waited and they never showed up. But they were good when they came. When they didn't drop by, I decided not to use them.

Service individual was punctual and very professional. However I am very disappointed with this purchase. The deal clearly stated treatment for roaches included. When service arrived and I informed him I had an Angie's List deal he informed that he was pretty sure it didn't cover roaches, that the deal was not for German roaches. I went with Apple because I had used the company before and felt comfortable using them again, Also before I purchase the deal I saw other companies advertising different deals but I opted for Apple because I was familiar with the company. It's been two weeks since my rental property was treated and I still have the problem! Apple said that German roaches are hard to get rid off and that most likely will require more than one treatment but I'd have to pay regular price.

They are very prompt and they are very good about calling when it is time for my quarterly service. They work around my schedule and they are flexible. They are very quick which is nice.

they caught them, released them humanly , and closed of the point of entry with flashing and matching roof shingles. I am so impressed with this company, I have now added them to be our regular pest control company.
