We had a snake hanging around the outside of the house and I was afraid it would find it's way inside. Stan and the team at Apple Pest Control were quick to find the snake and did a check of the house to make sure there were no openings for a snake to enter. Snake repellant was also used. We have used Apple before in the removal of a rat, which are hard to catch sometimes, but Apple had the big critter caught by that evening. These guys are awesome, from the moment they answer the phone until the job is done they are always in contact with you. I'm impressed with the professionalism, kindness, prompt response, and great work. That's hard to find theses days, and they really enjoy their job. The cost of their services seems fair to me and is worth it for a good night's sleep! One thing I appreciate is that they never talk down to me or make light of me calling them scared when these situations have happened. There is so much land being cleared and new buildings being constructed around our neighborhood, and it's comforting to know I can call Apple when the critters show up, and I will definitely continue to use their services.

They did residential for me some years ago. I knew they were good, fair and reliable. $195. for initial visit. $99. every 3 months.

Fantastic. They identified the places I needed to seal up to keep the rodents out, set traps and caught most of the rodents and revisited to finish the job. Also completely took care of the carpenter ant problem with suggestions for tree trimming as some trees were allowing easy travel.

First visit, Adam, the technical expert, confirmed the potential entry to the roof. However, he could not effect the repair to close the opening. Before he left, he placed a squirrel and several mouse traps. I then performed a temporary repair of sealing the opening. Second visit one week later, Adam confirmed there were NO critters in any of the traps. However, since the repair was temporary, we agreed to leave the traps until such time a permanent repair was done. I contacted "Handyman Matters" who were able to make a permanent repair. Third visit, Adam returned and collected the traps that were empty. There have been no further noises in the attic. As the lady in the movie Poltergeist would say: "This house is clean."

We have contracted with them for our pest control work for about 20 years. They come once a month.

Great signed up for them to do quarterly.

The price was a little high. They did the job. They were good. They were on time for the appointment. I think I would use their service again.

The technician came on a Tuesday. On the following Thursday I saw a LARGE roach coming out of my fireplace. I got out the Bengal spray and sprayed both fireplaces and hoped that was it. Oh no! Eight days later as I was going to bed I noticed another one and then as I looked around there were 5 more, in different stages of dying! I telephoned Apple the following Monday and stated that they needed to come back out. I have used Apple Pest Control for five years and have recommended them to many family and friends. Seems their customer service is not what it was. The lady I spoke with actually said "well they were dying". Well yes, but I want them to die outside, not in my house! Hence the request to spray outside. She was more interested in telling me what they would not do then what they would do. Finally agreed to send someone on the following Friday. A technician came and when I attempted to explain the problem he stated in a very abrupt manner that he knew the problem. So I asked him what he thought it was and no he didn't understand the problem. Stated that sometimes one will get through. Sure, but not six in one night, all in the same room. Oh, but I must say his attitude did soften when my husband joined me. Then he agreed to distribute granules that should have been spread on the first visit.

Apple was awesome Dorlene the dispatcher went out of her way to help us get a technician out to our house on the same day on a Saturday afternoon. We were told to expect the technician between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. The technician (Aaron) called at 1:55 and was here at the house by 2:10. Aaron was nice professional and informative. He was unable to remove the squirrel because of where it was located in the chimney. He set up an air purifier machine which hopefully will take care of the odor within the next 10 days. We will definitely use Apple again.

The technician was very prompt, and thorough. The treatment plan was every 2 weeks for 6 weeks for a total of 3 whole house treatments. The bed bug treatment does not have a guarantee, but it worked fast and very well considering I caught the pest invasion early. I waited 1 hour in another room wearing a mask before going into the house after she did the treatment. I decided to switch from my previous pest control company to Apple pest control for regular pest treatments due to the fact that Natasha is efficient and courteous.

I spoke with Cindy at Apple Pest Control and a few other employees and they were all very friendly and nice. They were very professional and courteous. If I need their service in the future I will definitely give them a call.

Tech showed up on time and was explained procedure. Rained one hour after tree was sprayed. Called company about my concern that chemical would not be effective but was assured that one hour was plenty of time for the chemical to dry. Unfortunately, I have noticed that some leaves appear to have been attacked by caterpillars again.

They last time I used them was to get rid of some ants. It went well.

They're very very good. It's a organic service. We've have had only one since we've started using them and its been two years. One technician came for the work and it took three to four hours. They do the yard, the bushes and flowers. All around the house inside and outside, even goes in the attic and sprays everything. He left the area 100% clean.

They did not charge for the quote. It was just over the phone.

I didn't dislike anything, the receptionist was very polite, they were very prompt and got it done in a good time frame.

Extremely well. Technician was on time and very professional. Pricing very competive with any in this industry in this area. Product was not messy, and has worked as advertised. Next application to come in Mid-April. No problems encountered.

I had a good experience. I think they were reasonable. I really don't know of any other companies that I've had come out for that. Several people have told me that they use them and they all say that no one else really does what they do. I would say that they were first rate. It took a couple of visits, but they kept coming back till they got them all.

I like their integrity. I don't have to worry about things being stolen and they are knowledgeable. I know that our property is safe and they know what they are doing.
