No problem. went very smooth since I first contacted them.

It went great! From the moment I looked up and called them and got a quote to the arrival of a tech was under two hours. They responded fast (under twenty min they were @ my home). The tech was professional and courteous. Thanx go out to the Apple Pest Control Team. I would definitely use them again.

Something seems to be eating the siding on the outside of the second floor. Called Apple because I had used ABC in the past and was not happy with their customer service, prices, or service. Apple was very professional and had a gentleman here in 2 days. He looked over the house and said it was squirrels and unless we wanted to spend a lot of money trapping them he suggested cutting back some of the tree limbs from the second story. I was very impressed that not only was he on time, friendly, and knowledgeable, he didn't try to sell us hundreds of dollars of services (like ABC tried to do). He even commented on what might be the problem with a "bald" spot in our front lawn (they have a lawn service as well) but did not charge us extra for that either. I will DEFINITELY call them again and in fact, I'm going to call to see what they would charge to trim the trees from the second story!

I had termites. They gave me a reasonable bid ($950 with a $100 discount = $850). The treated the entire outside as well as areas they found inside. Super work. Also, they split the cost into 3 payments with no interest! Great customer service.

Keith arrived on time and sprayed all baseboards and outside. He advised that someone else would have to come out to view the bees and some one would call me later. I was told when I made the appointment was that I would be given an estimate when the pest spraying was done. Now I have to wait for someone to come out again. As it turned out no one called me about the bees so I contacted another company. I will not be using the quarterly service.

The technician was very polite and thorough, he even checked in the attic for rodents, eek. So far the treatment seems to be working, I just wish they had a post treatment clean-up service... ha ha. I have them scheduled to come out to treat for fleas tomorrow, it would have been nice to have knocked it out all at once, but I'm sure this visit will go just as well as the initial visit did.

Great service, and they made the appointment at my convenience. My only complaint is that the price of the treatment seemed higher than expected. Than again, I'm not a pest control professional. Other than that, no issues.

The whole procedure was minimally invasive. This is the first time I had to have this kind of work done and was afraid of the damage a treatment would leave.

Wonderful! Although he found no ants, he sprayed the porch for insects that he had found, including black widow spiders near the back entrance. He did not charge a cent. Very pleasant and professional young man.

The technician, Nathan, was very professional and took the time to explain all their services and my options. They will do organic or synthetic applications for the same price. Nathan was very thorough and was at my house for over an hour. Very good experience. We have signed up for quarterly service for $85. They do not require a contract and we can cancel at any time.

At the time I didn't even know what Angie's List was. I checked the site... joined the site...the rest is history. The manager came out and gave me an estimate with applicable discounts. I accepted and they came out a few days later and applied the services. The manager who came out was very professional and straight forward. Informed me on what they use and how they apply the treatment. Trenches were dug around the house. Termador was applied. Service was given with a smile. I'm glad I found the people at Apple Pest Control and look forward to doing many years of service with them. From the Manager to the service agents, all were professional. They came the same day as called. The tech, Nathan, was courteous and well versed in his trade. Nathan was able to answer all my questions about the toxins used and did not mind me following along during the extermination. Top notch job at an affordable price, I saw instant results. I was in no way pressured to sign on to a service contract and was told that, with having little to no pest entry into the house I might not need to set up service, just call as needed or maybe go with once a year service.

The tech was polite, clean, on time and knowledgeable. He sprayed inside and out, and then gave me a price to spray most of my oak trees for worms.

Excellent! Not only a job well done, but great advice on how to keep the termites from coming back. I lived in Galveston, TX and have had a lot of experience with termite inspectors. These people are first rate, honest, and affordable.

A friend of mine who is in construction recommended them, and I'm happy because they are reliable and honest, in fact, I had termite problems a few years ago, but I don't have them anymore. They call and remind me when it is time for them to come.

I can say that the workers are very nice to work with and they are always on time when my service is scheduled. I think they have a reliable establishment and their service is very dependable for me.

I don t have a contract with them it is just call as I need them. They came on time and they did get rid of the problem and we have not had to call them again. They were professional and we will use them again if we have a problem. They are knowledgeable and did exactly what we needed. The price was a little high because they had to get the infestation out also.

I have said they did "monster killing" in regards to the exterminating with the scorpions I had. They did service above and beyond what they needed to do. They removed a 6 inch centipede that I did not want to touch. Very good experience.
