Apple Pest Control

I found them on Angie’s list. We have been using them since the fall of last year and we have been pretty happy with them. We had a problem with the other pest control so we had been looking for someone else. These guys came and talked to us, and they explained everything about the company like what they were going to do and what is included and we just liked his helpfulness and in the way they do the things and we just decided to go with them. So far we have been pretty happy. I think the price was competitive.

They are responsive and come out if I need them.

The service is great. They were referred to me by a family member. I have been using them for about 5 years now. They are very timely and flexible.

They do quarterly pest control service. They do a very good job. They are thorough and professional.

They are on Angie's List, and are a family owned local company. They are super...and if you have any problems they will come out right away and make everything better for you. We try to use the local companies. I had seen their trucks several times and we had been using the major large companies, and we decided to try one that is right here in our own area. They let us know if it is time for our lawn to be sprayed for fleas. Their prices are competitive with the larger companies. We have kept them for quite a while now and we will continue to use them in the future.

Apple Pest control did a good job, and the Angie's List coupon was nice bonus. The appointment was easy to schedule, they came when they said they would, did a thorough job of treating our home with little mess, odor, or bother. It was a positive experience in every respect.

We have used them for years for pest control.

Adam, from Apple Pest Control, discovered a plumbing leak instead of carpenter ants. He cleaned and sprayed the affected area for pests due to the moisture and referred me to an excellent plumber who fixed the leak. Adam did not charge me anything for that day. Instead, I signed up to have my entire home treated on a quarterly basis. He is coming back this week to do the treatment and will charge me then. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.

I would recommend them. Their response, punctuality, and professionalism were excellent. I would use them again in the future as needed.

The fact that they didn't charge me was great.

I spend around $90 for the biannual service. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

They're very responsive, their scheduling is easy and convenient, and they have a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

With the dry conditions this year, I had seen an increase of bugs in my house, including roaches. The day I called Apple, they sent out a young man named Aaron. He was polite and personable. He answered all of my questions and was very informative. He sprayed my house inside and out and left an insecticide in the attic, which is where he said the roaches were coming in. I have seen a couple of small bugs sinche their visit, but no more roaches! I was very satisfied with their service. I will have them coming quarterly to spray my house now.

They were very timely. I got almost immediate service the next day at my time. They could come out when I needed them. They arrived on time. They were very thorough. They explained what they were doing. I just liked them. It is like a home-owned business. They seemed to really care about the business. My place is not close, so they had to drive at least 25 miles to get to my place near downtown, St. Antonia. I would use them again. Their price was comparative. It is hard to say because I have never used Pest Control company before. My tenant has not called me for any pest issues. They seemed to be very thorough. They did a little extra outside.

They are very easy to work with and do exactly what they say they will. I really like how they stay in communication with and are good at following up. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. In an emergency they will work with you the best they can.

Stan did a great job. He was very thorough and careful. The whole process was humane, and Stan clearly likes animals. He was gentle with the nest and found all the baby squirrels, whose eyes were not even open yet, then caught the mama squirrel to release them all together in another area. He even held up the babies so that our children could see them up close. A very neat experience for them. Stan spotted a bird nesting area that we had missed in the bricks and cleared and filled it. The price was reasonable, and he was prompt and followed up. I would definitely call this company again. I am considering switching to Apple for regular pest control service as well.

We have been pleased with them. We were referred to them by our daughter and we have been very happy with their services. They always call in advance and schedule a time when they can be here. They are very prompt in showing up as scheduled. They are very conscientious about looking for nest of wasps or hornets because my husband and our boys, who no longer live with us but come for visits, are allergic to the sting. It is a pretty serious matter and they will look under the framework of the deck and up by the roof and they are just very good about that. They do anything that we ask them to and they have just been outstanding in checking for things. They will come out between services if we need them to and call them. They have come twice like that on unscheduled services. We once had an infestation of bees and they came and took care of that, and then there were some yellow jackets by our utility shed and they took care of that too. They also told us that we should call them if we saw any activity of the yellow jackets after seven days and they would come back and redo it, and they did come back and redo it.

Much frustration!!!! We have flying hornet, wasp, or yellow jackets.... Don't know. The service man had a flip attitude, take it or leave it, because I was desperate, I let him spray anyway. $172.00 Hoping this would solve the problem. It did not. We have about 100 hornets ??? in my back yard now. I've talk to the supervisor trying to get addition help and they have NONE. Sorry!!! No suggestions..... Nothing!!!!!! I searched Angie's list and call Bob Jenkins Pest control and he told me what I had, what the insects were doing at this time and how long they would be swarming and what I could do to decrease the insects. None of this information was given to me from Apple and they had been to my home and seen them and still didn't give me any help. Needless to say, I'm using Bob Jenkins in the future. Dianne Sutton

I thought the price was reasonable. I was satisfied with them. They have a very good appearance. The workers who came out for the job looked professional.

David showed up on time and sprayed both inside and outside the house for bugs. He then went up to the attic to check for larger rodents (mice and rats) but found no evidence of either. I asked him to bring out a trap next time he came and he said he would. He asked if I wanted to have regular service on a quarterly basis and I signed up for that, too. Overall, it was a very positive experience; David was polite and quick as well as thorough. I was very pleased with the service I received from Apple Pest Control.

Very well, I have used this company for years with no problem.

I called on a Friday, left my name and number, and asked for a return call for a quote. They never called back.

Excellent service. Stan was very professional and had a vast knowledge of pest problems and solutions. He made multiple visits and consistantly gave detailed reports with photographs. Same day service for a problem.

Stan from Apple Pest was here on time for the estimate. He seemed to mull over several treatment options, a number of which would have required some damage and extra cost and other workers to fix, then left without any written estimate, but verbally stated "about $1100.00". I got the work done for substaintially less and scant damage which was fixed upon completion of the work. His just didn't seem interested in my business.
