He was awesome! Very reasonable, very punctual. He actually captured the pregnant racoon and released her out in the wild. I thought that was very humane.

It went okay. I called them out to spray for ants. They told me to contact them if the ants returned. The ants came back and they came back out. They also gave me a $20. discount for being an Angie's List member.

I had my quarterly service about a month ago but last night we had to kill a Brown Recluse Spider. I called Apple and told them the situation and they sent Glen out to check it out. Glen not only treated the area where the spider was killed but resprayed the entire property with stronger stuff. Glen had a positive attitude and was aggressive about working the problem. Apple made it right did not charge me again. I would recommend Apple and especially Glen, to my friends.

I've used them before and they'll be back next month. They come out quarterly. They've got a good warranty. They always come out when they say they are going to be there. They use shorter windows; like an hour instead of four hours. Their price is reasonable compared to other providers. They are really good and I wouldn't keep using them if they weren't.

On time and very professional. Very pleased with their service.

The tech showed up and was very knowledgable on these bugs and knew what to do. He tracked them down and showed me where they were and sprayed them and the entire room with two different chemicals.

They're the only one I've used, I've got three homes and I used them for all three of them. The guys that came sprayed the houses and everything. He's always friendly and their on time and they seem to do a very good job. I never have pest problems. Also, they are always available and that's what I like about them. They go out of their way to work on the schedule.

Since there was a high wind that day, he was unable to dislodge the hive. After presenting my wife with the bill, she complained that the job was not complete. He told her he could come back that afternoon with a long pole to knock down the hive for an extra $20. His boss instructed him to go buy a pole, since they did not have one on the truck. He did come back when he said he would, and after numerous pokes with the newly acquired pole, removed about 90% of the hive. Job complete. It should be noted that my wife is a piano teacher in our home, and the students walk directly below the empty hive. We have had a few neighbors comment on whether the hive actually had bees or not, so removal was important to us. John and Connie Wallace

I was sitting outside on the back patio, reading a book, when I saw my cat playing with something. Turns out, it was a scorpion! I had a contractor here who said he saw one a few weeks earlier but I thought he was mistaken. So I called Apple the next morning and they sent someone out that day! The price was exceptionally reasonable and after 1 visit, I haven't seen any more scorpions. The spray they used was safe for animals, too, so I didn't have to worry about the dog or cats getting sick. I was very happy with their service and will use them again or any further bug control needs!

We have been using Apple since we moved to San Antonio in 1987. They have always provided quality service and we have never had issues with pests in our homes over the years by having them come out on a quarterly basis. They will always call to schedule an appointment when the service is due and will work with our sometimes erratic schedule to fit the service in. We also use them at my business location.

Technician walked around outside of house, and looked in attic. I paid $139 for some dried corn which he dropped into my blown insulation and into MY live animal trap....which I had used before to no effect. They also put rat traps in attaic and garage. Which I had also done before. They didn't do anything unique or special. I had tried both types of traps. We did not catch anything after left baited traps. Next visit: technician sealed a possible entry point with some metal mesh and foam. Next day, i heard critter running in attic/soffit. He noted another suspicious area, very high, would need a special long ladder. Ok, get a long ladder. That's what I'm paying the pest control company for. They have not been back. We still have the critter problem. They didn't do anything that i couldn't do. In fact, I DID all the things they did...except seal the possible entry point. At this point, I've paid $310, with no critters removed. I am not happy with the service. We need professionals, not a service doing the same things I already tried.

Response to my phone call was extremely fast, less than an hour, because Adam happened to be nearby and near the end of his previous task. Because I was a new customer and as a member of the family which owns the business, he was interested in seeing that I was satisfied. It's been a;most three weeks since his work and he appears to have been successful in his efforts. He was friendly, informative, and very professional. I did not mark the price as an "A" simply because I have no comparative prices from other firms for similar work. I had a problem and Adam solved it at a price which I was willing to pay. I would hire Apple Pest Control again.

We found some ground hornets in our backyard, so I called Apple Pest Control. They came out the next day. They were prompt, effecient, professional and courteous. I would SO use them again, and totally plan to.

We found termites on the outside of our house and called three different companies to come out and do an inspection to give us an estimate. Apple Pest Control was by far the most reasonable and we felt comfortable with the people. Stan, the owner, even came out for a follow up visit a few weeks after the initial treatment. Apple has been coming out to do the annual termite inspection which provides protection in the event termites cause any future damage. So far so good and no termites. We were so satisfied with the termite treatment and follow up that we decided to use Apple for our quarterly pest control treatments indoors and outdoors. Highly recommended!

We called Apple and a service technician came out the next day. They did a thorough job and 2 weeks after our service, we haven't seen any new scorpions. Our neighborhood is a new development located way out in the country and due to constant new home construction around us, there is an ongoing problem with scorpions moving to nearby homes. The technician was on time, thoroughly explained what he was going to do, and did a very professional job. We heard about Apple Pest Control because they are recommended by radio talk show host Dave Ramsey.

We were particularly concerned with scorpions. We had one scorpion in the house and after reading about the habits of scorpions we were really concerned that this could turn into a real problem. Apple sent the most personable technician we have ever had in our home. He was polite, cheerful and efficient. He obviously knew how to get rid of this scary pest because we never saw another one. We put out loads of those white sticky boards thinking there may still be some around, but thankfully we have not seen another one.

The representative and overall experience was pleasing at the highest level. The initial contact to their office was professional and their staff never seemed hurried & explained at length answers to my questions. The appointment was for a Termite Inspection, with Stan, and the representative more than exceeded my expectations for professionalism & honesty. The scope of the job at my home required additional expertise not provided by Apple and he not only made the trustworthy referral to get my job completed but also offered to call them with the referral and further followed up the next day with me to confirm I had indeed received contact. I was overwhelmed with Stan's utmost in customer service. In fact, so impressed that I told him I would like to acquire their services for quarterly pest control. Even though they have not actually performed a pest control service for me --- I still highly recommend them as a company that you can certainly count on getting your handled professionally and with quality.

Could not get another company to respond (I rated them), so called Apple. They came out promptly, determined it was hornets not bees and destroyed the nest which was the size of a baskeball embedded in a photinia bush. (I found it while trimming said bush) They were prompt, courteous, and professional.

It didn't take care of the problem and I had to go back myself and spray all three houses to stop the bug problem.

They did a great job and showed up on time. I would recommend them to others for service.

I called Apple Pest Control after reading their reviews on Angie's List. The office person, Aimee, was very professional and courteous and took my information. I explained that this house belongs to me but is currently rented, and that she would have to schedule any visits with the tenants directly. She later e-mailed me about her contacts with the tenants and the upcoming date set for the service. I received a phone call directly from Steve, the technician, when he finished his work at the house. He explained what he had done and why and how much he had billed me. He was also very courteous and professional. He will be going back out this next week to pick up the traps. Aimee e-mailed me copies of the invoice. When I asked if I could mail a check she approved . This worked out better for me, and I sent the check immediately. I was heartened that the company trusted me to mail them the payment after the work had been done. It's nice to feel trusted! So far, so good. I await word about the traps and the ongoing success of the rodent exclusion work that was done.

They really did a fantastic job. I called them and they came out when they said that they would and just did a beautiful job. I didn't do much comparison shopping so I'm not sure how the price compares, so I gave them a "B" in price but it seemed fair.

This is the first time we've had Apple Pest Control come to our house. In the past, we've used some of the big, corporate names that advertise so much.I couldn't be happier with the contrast in services! Adam was personable, extremely knowledgeable and, best of all, efficient!He diagnosed our needs, switched out chemicals a few times, had specialized equipment for our attic.Before I knew it, he had completed the inside and outside of our house in roughly one hour. Like I said, thorough, yet efficient.He said that he would see us in 3 months for the next quarterly treatment--and I believe him. He said they like to have technicians service the same house because they get to know not only the pest situation, but also their customers better!Thank you Apple Pest Control!
