, Value The service man, Dakota arrived in a timely manner. He was courteous and professional. He gave me options and pricing up front. He was very clean and protected my floors with shoe covers on his shoes. He cleaned up and reviewed and showed me his repairs. He answered my questions and made suggestions. I feel confident with the leak repair and hose replacement. I definitely recommend them to anyone. This is the second time I have used Anchor Plumbing and I am a satisfied customer.

They do provide good work but the price is a bit high. I would not hesitate to hire them because there are competent.

I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and check out the condition of the plumbing on an older duplex I am purchasing. The lady on the phone said it would be $65 but when the tech came out it magically turned into $188. He said it was the “piece of mind package”. Only problem is he didn’t get under the house like we asked or answer any questions we had. He basically walked around the house for 10 minutes and didn’t look at anything we asked him to. So we ask him what he thinks a ballpark price is to update some on the water lines and he says “around $6,500” and he would send us over a quote. So we are on day 4 after the appointment with no quote so I have to call to check and I had another guy tell me he can only give me an estimated bid since he doesn’t have any measurements or much info. Which is weird because I paid $188 to have one of their techs come out to get measurements and get us a detailed quote. And to top everything off that $6,500 verbal quote turned into $45,000 which he said was on the low end. All and all this was the worst experience I have every had with a contractor and I deal with a lot of different companies being in real estate. I asked them to refund my money but they never did so beware when you use this company. Their lack of knowledge and customer service makes me wonder how they have such good reviews but steer clear. I ended up using Tiezte and my experience was much better and they only charged me $49 and actually did a full inspection

Our garbage disposer stopped working this morning. I sent a request online through Anchor Plumbing's website and within three minutes received a call from Paul. Paul was able to schedule me for this morning, and within an hour Brandon was on his way. Brandon was able to repair my unit in about five minutes. I couldn't be happier with the service and responsiveness of Anchor Plumbing and will not hesitate to call them again.

Water heater and installation went better than if I would have done it myself. I asked two companies for estimates via phone. Paul from Anchor contacted me right away, gave a cost estimate, and was able to arrive the next day, which was convenient for me. Paul and Alec removed a 12 year old water heater, replaced it with a 50 gallon AO Smith gas heater, changed out some water pipes and valves, added safety features, secured ventilation. The whole process took a few hours. They were friendly and explained what they were doing. The heater comes with a 6 year warrantee, costing about $1500 installed. I requested a 10 year warrantee, which required a $275 additional part that was not immediately available. Getting that part took a few days longer than it should have. Alec returned a few days later and spent about 30 minutes adding the anode rod and rechecking some previous work. I will contact Anchor for other plumbing issues.

All issues were resolved with workers staying through inclement weather. Due to issues, company owner came to site to meet with home owner.

The work was quick and efficient. Information was given on why the methods we tried didn't work, and how to prevent such blockages again.

Turned out to be a quick and easy fix! Paul was very knowledgeable and immediately was able to fix the issue. He explained exactly what he did and was in and out and under 30 min. We are calling Anchor again the next time we have a problem.

The only plumber I trust to take care of my 80-year old Mom when she needed her old age-unfriendly toilet replaced. Paul showed up promptly, installed the new toilet, and again left her house like he had never been there. My Mom liked the new toilet and the service he provided so much, that she wants him to come back and change out the two remaining toilets in her house. I've used Anchor Plumbing Services for a number of service calls now without anything negative to say about the service provided. That rating left earlier by another customer does not accurately reflect the Anchor Plumbing Services I know and trust.

Definitely not for a senior citizen or anyone who is on a limited income.

Paul was fantastic. explained exactly what needed to be done, gave an accurate estimate and performed the work without any concerns from me either during or after the job. Will most definitely use him again.

Paul is an excellent communicator: answers his own phone, let me know when he would be here, and called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. Kitchen sink faucet installation was fast and smooth, as was tightening the loose handle on my bathroom sink faucet. Even though it took a lot of time, and two previous plumbers had not been able to solve the Roman tub filler handle problem, Paul wouldn't give up until he did! After the failed attempts by different providers, I was thinking we would have to tear into the wall behind the tile in order to replace the cartridge and stem on the peksy hot water handle of the tub filler. He figured out a solution that potentially saved me hundreds of dollars on remodeling costs, and allows us to finally use our tub again. I highly recommend Anchor Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again.

Paul is very professional and offered good solutions for problems. Not the cheapest service, but you get quality.

It went quick. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. We bought the toilets from him because they were competitive with Home Depot and Lowes. He did an excellent job.

It went great. Paul actually showed up 30 min. before I expected him. He immediately went to work and had it done in a very short time. I liked his work do much that I started getting prices from him on other things I need like replacing 60 year old toilets. When you call, you get the owner and the owner does the work. I like that. I get tired of big companies. I like to buy local and small.

Work was done quickly and well. He tested for leaks and waited to ensure nothing was leaking. He made sure we knew the price before work was done. Price was normal plumber rates (not cheap) and well worth it for service, especially on a holiday weekend.

Fast and efficient service! They arrived as scheduled, within minutes found the culprit (a cracked pipe) and quickly replaced the broken pipe with minimal water interruption. I would highly recommend Anchor Plumbing for any of your plumbing services. I will definitely use Anchor Plumbing again!!

The tub conversion work required creative problem solving as there was a significant issue related to re-plumbing the drain as there was a vent joint attached to the existing drain that required a significant amount of rework in order to accommodate a shower floor. All work was of the highest quality as were the materials used. Also, all work was conducted in a very efficient manner and all interactions were thoroughly professional. Anchor Plumbing Services are now our family's plumbers!

All of the work was accomplished on July 6, 2016 and subsequently received a passing city inspection with flying colors. The work was done as scheduled, with meticulous attention to detail. One of the water heaters removed served our master bath and was located directly over the bathroom. We had a considerable wait for hot water with that arrangement. We now have almost instant hot water in the master bath with the heater on the other end of the house in the garage! We are very pleased with the work and the results!!
