Team always great at explaining what the issues are and how they will resolve it. They also provide great information on how to maintain our systems so maybe this may not happen again. I will continue to use them for my AC issues.

It went very well. Installation of two floor model hyper-heat, Mitsubishi heat pump, mini split system along with electric breaker and circuit. I highly recommend Joe Leal and his company Air Pros of S.A. Joe gave me a qoute on the Mitsubishi mini split by text and email the same day shortly after I contacted him. He answered all my question over the phone and also when he came to the house to determine the size and where to place them. Joe, Sammy and Gabriel did an excellent job on the installation of the 18kbtu mini split in my dining room and the 12kbtu in my master bedroom. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Joe spent time going over the functions on the remote and answering questions about maintenance, etc. I can't say enough good things about Joe, Sammy and Gabriel and highly recommend this company.

Upon changing my AC filter, I saw the ceiling filter hanging from the ceiling. There was a huge hole up into the attic. (I had the ducts replaced about 9 months ago). Air Pros reached out to me as a result of my searching on Angi’s list. I sent him pictures, he responded immediately, told me what I needed and he could send a technician out the next day. His technician built a plenum box for my AC unit inside, looks great. Price was average. Thank you Air Pros. *However, the company that installed the new ducts should have installed the plenum box.

The contractor provided a misleading quote - a unit branded “RunTrue by Trane” is not the same as a unit branded “Trane”. I would not have chosen the low end product. I expressed my disappointment and he insisted that the products were equivalent. You see, the estimate referred to a Trane. I also discovered that he did not get a permit for the installation. I posted a negative review and he asked me to remove the review in exchange for a Trane branded unit at an additional cost of $750 approx. or an $800 refund. I mentioned that I filed a complaint with Angi, whereupon he offered me an unconditional full refund without the need to return the unit. I received his check, which cleared in a few days. I am upgrading my review because of the refund as I am now able to get the unit of my choice from a competitor.

He was very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing. He gave his business card if we need anything, we'll just give him a call.

The work was stellar, he did an excellent job and was a great communicator. He took before and after videos to let us know what kind of work had been completed.

Joe did a great job. Came out on a Sunday, found the issue with a relay and had it replaced very quickly. Very thorough and professional making sure all systems were working properly after the repair. Definitely recommend and will use again. Thanks, you're the best!

Joe flushed out our A/C's main drain pipe super fast and took extra time to provide recommendations for keeping our A/C running most efficiently. He had to reschedule our initial appointment, but was good at keeping communication open and followed through.

Joe responded to my home quickly, within 30 minutes after I called, and gave me options for the repair. He was done with the repair after about 10 minutes and payment was easy as he had options for that too. I would highly recommend Air Pros of SA and will use them again for future needs.

Courteous: Joe called to say he'd be delayed 1/2hr from our appointment. Upon arrival, he immediately tackled the compressor problem. Quickly diagnosed, explained, and repaired the problem. Didn't try to sell me new unnecessary equipment or freon, altho my units are 32 yrs old. Joe is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and efficient. Why use anyone else?

This has to be one of the fastest and honest companies around. They came out gave honest information in a manner I could understand and explained the repairs. With in a short while it was done. The showed up on time and even fit us in on a busy day. We will use for all our future service calls.

Joe was very responsive to my urgent need. Unit failed Wednesday night and he was able to install both units on Saturday. Work was done very professionally. It was rainy and they put cloths down to protect carpet. Did a great job cleaning up. System works very well. Joe answer all my many questions.

Joe came out at the time he said he would be here. He found the problem immediately and was able to fix it fast. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. He had all the parts needed which was awesome. I would definitely recommend him and i will be using him only going forward!

Great, Joe gave multiple options to fix the issue and ended up replacing thed capacitor. He gave a military discount and was honest, professional, and punctual. I will call him again if I have any other issues with my hvac system.

After a year of nursing my system along with inexpensive repairs, our a/c finally became impractical to repair. Joe of Air Pros installed a complete Trane heat pump system the next day. The installation was completed in one afternoon. Joe remained in communication and kept me informed of their arrival time as well as answering my questions. The techs did not leave any mess behind and were very mindful of the property. I'm very pleased with the excellent service, professionalism, and communication provided by Air Pros. Joe was able to help me get much need financing (18 mos and 0 interest!) I recommend them!
