My repairs were made promptly and at a very reasonable cost. I appreciated that I was not pressured about replacing my old system. Very nice to work with and they were very knowledgeable. The problem was accurately diagnosed and repaired.

Joe was excellent. He explained everything, was very professional, and did a great job. He installed my new AC unit and I am very happy. My house is cool and so is Joe.

Joe came out right away and diagnosed the problem, and insured that we had air conditioning while waiting for the part. The very next morning he was here with the parts and got the repairs done right away. This was appreciated by us because the outside temps were in the triple digits. My A/C quit working yesterday afternoon (Sat.) in 100 degree heat! I had out of town company at the time and we all spent a hot miserable night. I got on the computer early Sun. morning thinking I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out until at least Mon. Needless to say, I was so thrilled when Joe Leal of Air Pros of S.A. contacted me right away and said it was normally his day off, but he could come over in about an hour to check it out. He was amazing... Very professional, personable, and explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Thanks Joe... You saved the day :-) I had a great experience and would definitely call him again and recommend him to my family and friends. Thumbs way up!!!

My AC went out at midnight on July 4. Went on home Advisor and found Joe. He was at my house at 7:45AM the next morning! He found the problem, explained it to me, fixed it quickly, and charged a very fair price. I cannot put into words how pleased I was with his work. I highly recommend Air Pros!

AC quit working in the heat of the summer and on a weekend. Found this company via Home Advisor. Responded quickly to online request and scheduled appointment promptly. Joe took the time to explain this issue and make suggestions to reduce likely of future ocurrences.

Joe from Air Pro's of San Antonio was and absolute God Send! He came out to our house late 10:30 and fixed our AC unit in record time! And also gave us a great price on his service! I am at a loss for words to say how much I appreciate what he did for my family. We have been out of Air conditioning for almost a month now in this Texas heat after being quoted by hiway AC Fix It robbers and their upgrade tactics. We were told that we would have to spend at least $3,000-8,000 to get our unit repaired or replaced! Joe did it same day at night, got to my house within 15 min and had the job done within 30 min. And AT VERY REASONABLE PRICE!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AIR PROS!!!! THANK YOU JOE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They closed at 11pm and I was his last call that he pick up. Thank goodness for that! Technician came to fix my ac by coming over the night. Price was a bit high, but he was nice to give us some discount. Very knowledgeable and honest.

The technician that came was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to look at all possible issues with my AC unit and ended up saving us a ton of money by fixing an easy airflow problem, whereas another company saw a the issue and assumed it was a major repair. The technician also took the time to explain what and why he was doing the whole time so I could learn more about my system. Additionally he was able to come out to our home quickly. Definitely would recommend!

They were able to come out an hour after I called them on a Friday evening and do the necessary work in less than an hour.
