I hired this company to diagnose a no heat issue. When I returned home, the heat was fixed... but we had no AC now. Also, this company charged us WAY too much to change out a blower motor. Parts were only $100 but we were charged almost $600 for everything and took less than an hour to do. Will not be calling this company back or referring them to anybody for future repairs.

First rate service. He took the time to explain things and show me about the filter system. It turns out that we had too much filtration going on, and he explained the best filters we should use for the health of the furnace.

Joe was very professional and reliable. He came out to my house on New Year's Day when my heater stopped working. When he was not able to solve the problem that day, he was in contact with me first thing the next morning.

Joe with availability to be at my house at 10:30 pm. he worked on the AC / heat for hour and half. leaving at midnight. he was very knowledgeable, I really liked his work and professionalism. price... Ok the market. he was fair on price.

As a real estate investor, I know it is important to know the right people to call. Joe is the right person. He fixed a wall furnace in a rental property - efficiently and cost effectively. He did such a great job, I have already called him out to fix a furnace at a different house. I highly recommend.

Joe responded immediately to my project request and was able to come out within 30 minutes. I initially had an issue with a single unit, but noticed another unit was down by the time he got here. He accommodated the additional request and was very courteous. He was able to diagnose and repair the issues with both units very quickly. I feel the price was very fair and I will gladly recommend and hire him again for any future needs.

Joe was very professional, gave me an estimate over the phone with different options. At the time i was busy, and he gladly gave me times that worked my schedule. Can to my house after 6pm, which worked perfectly. Took at look at the system, repaired quickly, and saved my family from sleeping another night in the heat.

He arrived on time and quickly worked to repair air conditioner. We obviously had a leak since freon was low. He got the new part and quickly installed it.

Did a good job

Showed up and left without telling us he was leaving. Very disappointed in his attitude and work. Thought it was a free estimate but because he thought there was no money in the job, he told me so, he picked up his stuff and did not have the common courtesy to tell me he was leaving for another job. The ladder he brought was too short to reach the attic space where there was an issue. We were moving in and I thought he was not helpful or customer friendly. Think twice before hiring this company for your job. There are better ones out there.
