Joe Leal keeps his word. He arrived before 7:30 am and started working immediately. He removed the old a/c unit and installed the new unit inside and out . He was done ahead of the time promised. He is easy to talk to ,very professional, and works with your schedule. Highly recommended.

Joe was prompt to reply. I spoke to him and told him I needed to have my a/c unit diagnosed after a mishap with the last company. He was familiar with the system and thorough in troubleshooting. He was able to give me a diagnosis and in the meantime was able to get the unit cooling again. I would definitely recommend.

Air Pros was very prompt in responding after my initial contact with HomeAdvisor. Joe was extremely efficient and very professional. He was able to fit in our repair between two other clients and even did our repair in the rain. Amazing service! We will be using Air Pros to update our entire AC unit later this year.

What I appreciated most about the service I received was the time that Joe took to explain what was happening with our heat pump system in a way that we could understand, and to offer the options available for our situation. Excellent customer oriented service overall, and Joe really impressed me with his knowledge and skill.

Our heating system failed on the afternoon of an ice storm. I contacted Home Advisor and within minutes Air Pros called me and less than an hour later arrived. The part was not in stock but a temporary fix got the heat working. I decided not to repair the old system but install a complete new system. This was installed 2 days later. Very pleased.
