Joe from Air Pros was great. An AC company came before Air Pros did and he could not repair my unit. They were going to replace it, but the Joe from Air Pros arrived and I let him look at it. He informed me he would do everything he could so I wouldn't have to replace it. Sure enough he switched out a part within 5 minutes of touching our AC unit he had it working. He replaced a couple of other components and said it should last me a few more years, he recommended some things to look for to let me know when it would be time to replace it. He saved me literally over $7600.00. When it's time to replace my AC unit I will be calling Air Pro. He gave me a couple of estimates and said, hopefully it will be a few years before it's time. My family is so grateful for his honesty and integrity and we are now Cool again. Sincerely Thank you Joe and Air Pro.

Joe was very professional, polite, and informative. They responded quickly when my ac stopped working, and had a new system put in the next day. Which is great with this Texas heat. Work was done within a few hours, and they were careful and clean during the whole process. I would highly recommend them. Also, they came out to try and fix my 21 year old unit first. When that didn't work, he gave me options for replacement. I had to think about it, and it was nice that he gave no pressure to decide on the spot. I called him later to set up install. I appreciated that.

Joe texted me almost immediately after I made the job. He was very honest and easy to trust with my job. He worked with my schedule and was prompt! I would hire Joe again for my AC needs! Joe replaced the AC coils in a 10+ year old unit. He didn’t try to oversell me and I felt was fairly priced. He even drove across town to get me a coil faster instead of waiting for the right one to come in to the closer store. Ethical, fair, responsible and a nice person!

I fought AC problems for 10 years, I had many different AC companies out over the years. Mr. Leal solved the problem almost instantly and now my unit runs and cools the way it should after 10 years. I wasted so much money over the years, especially with home warranty companies.
