I called twice to schedule a time for them to come out to give an estimate. They eventually came out, evaluated the situation and said they would email me the estimate the next day. I emailed them one week later stating I never got the estimate, they sent the estimate about another week later. I then called them twice and emailed to schedule the repair. I never was able to get them to call me back to do the repair. I guess business is good and they are too busy.

Kent was on time and very professional. He inspected roof and found no issues with roof. He was honest and communicated what he saw during his inspection. Would definetly call him if problems arise with roof.

I found Kent very responsive. Before he went up to check the roof condition I let him know that I am having a problem with squirrels in the attic and that I would like for him to look for possible entry points. I also indicated the area where there has been the most activity. He examined the entire roof and identified three cracked tiles which they repaired and pulled up a number of tiles in areas where he suspected squirrel activity. They found one likely area with signs of damage to the felt layer. He is going to get back with me with estimates for removing all the leaves from the roof, replacing the broken tiles (the repair is temporary), pulling up tiles to find where the squirrels have chewed through the base wood, make needed repairs and replacing the tiles in such a way to block further squirrel entry.

Ken was prompt in responding to my roof leak immediately. He was very professional with the entire process. They came to fix the roof as soon as the weather permitted. Ken's son did the repair along with another worker and did a great job. If I had any questions they graciously replied and thoroughly explained what they were doing. The price was very reasonable for the time and job preformed. I will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them. C. T.

So glad that we went with Agape. They detected all of the issues with our roof that our professional roof inspector had identified when they came to estimate (many of the other companies that we had out did not find all the issues). When we hired them, they were on time, on budget, with true quality work. They were also one of the least expensive companies that provided an estimate on the work. We were impressed with this company overall!

He had the lowest price. They replaced the rotted wood under the roofing, along with installing a new roof. They also did repainting and replaced rotting wood for the bay window. They did an excellent job and are very honest.

Kent from the company was on time , he sent his crew at the agreed time . Completed the job on time at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommed him to others.

The guy came home on time and was very professional. He brought the photographs with him as well. I felt that the price was more. The owner was very professional and right on time. He did a very thorough assessment. He gave the bid to me within 48 hours. I will consider them to be worth being contacted for a quote. I was very impressed with them. They were very prompt. He was a great guy. I really appreciate him and he did a good job.
