The drainage was terrible and Ernesto made some recommendations which they implemented -- some flagstone and granite gravel -- and it turned out wonderful. He either is a 5 star, or a 1 or 2 star based on the reasons I’ve cited above. Not sure if he treats all potential customers this way, or maybe my project wasn’t enough $$$ for him.
