+ -1 moreThis was a follow up call to an earlier call out. He was able to get the system running again but it is not cooling as well as it was ( I have not yet discussed this with him...since my schedule will not permit until the end of this week (end of July). I was very pleased that he was able to get the system operating however, somewhat disappointed that is does not appear to be functioning as well as it was...not sure what the problem is...perhaps age of system. We discussed replacement of existing system...but have not yet heard anything back from him. I intend to edit this report once I have had an opportunity to discuss the matter further with him (Willis). It appears that he did not charge for the visit or freon using on his second visit.
Description of Work: Recharged system. Compressor locked up. Installed compressor start assist.

+ -1 moreRELIABLE AND ON TIME WITH SHORT NOTICE. STAYED LATE AND DID NOT QUIT UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE. SYSTEM WORKS JUST FINE.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD AIR CONDITIONING CONDENSER UNIT. INSTALLED NEW ONE. CHARGED UNIT WITH FREON AND TESTED FOR PROPER OPERATION.
