+ -1 moreTim Long Plumbing installed my appliances in my new home. Instead of using a supplied water supply line from the manufacturer, they decided to create a makeshift line with many adapters (which the factory unit did not have). One of the adapters failed, causing a slow leak which destroyed my cabinets and appliances. The manufacturer has verified this was caused by the shoddy installation of a non-recommended supply line. Tim Long has been contacted, and asked to make this right,and no cure was offered.

Description of Work: A pipe leading to our hot water heater broke. We shut our water off. Called Tim Long plumbing inmediately.They came out and fixed the problem and had our water back on.

+ 0 moreWe have given Tim Long Plumbing every opportunity to make this right - which he refuses to do. His company has displayed a serious lack of professionalism and lack of integrity for something that should have been easily fixed.
Description of Work: Tim Long Plumbing completed installation of plumbing for our entire new construction project. After 2yrs, the circulating pump they installed suddenly stopped working. Though it was under warranty, they refused to come repair/replace it. We were forced to hire a new plumber and incurred over $500 to replace, only to learn from the manufacturer, TACO, that the installer, Tim Long Plumbing, should have replaced it at no charge, under warranty. After MORE than 5 calls & messages left and 3 emails, they picked up the inoperable circulating pump to see if they could return it to their supplier and I have heard nothing since. Now, we are out $500 AND the original circulating pump which can be repaired.

+ -1 moreService tech arrived same day as called. Hr quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the burned out thermocouple. The work was done professionally and he suggest how we could prevent such problems in the future.
