 + 0 moreIn a word Garage Outfitters did an outstanding job! My wife and I have been homeowners for 38 years and have owned 6 homes. We have invested quite a bit in updating our homes, especially our current home and I honestly believe the Garage and quot;transformationand quot; by Rob Nitka and his team has been one our best investments. Rob, the company's owner, was completly professional and always prompt whether it was appointments or answering emails or returning phone messages. Considerable upfront planning at our home, measuring and weighing options helped us form the best overall solution. Although the company has a showroom seeing the finished product in your own home is hard to adequately describe. We have a typical 2 car garage and could park both vehicles in the garage, but having a professionally designed system with beautiful cabninets and a goregous floor is something to really take pride in and feel good about. I can't say enough about the installation team. and quot;Real prosand quot; who are trained employees, take great pride in product and will go the extra mile. I know the team did a lot little extras and I really appreciate it. They're respectful of the home, and of course, 'easy to get along with' as the job progresses. Garage Outfitters's performance has reaffirmed to my wife and I that we made a sound investment and one we'll feel good about for years to come.
Description of Work: My wife and I engaged Garage Outfitters of Southlake in October 2012 for a complete Garage Rennovation. The scope of the work included: 1) epoxy/ polyurethane floor 2) custom cabinets 3) A slatwall for hanging garden tools etc. Also included where an estimate and considerable pre-job consulation at our home and in the company's Showroom, as well as installation of all the above by Garage Outfitter's employees.

Description of Work: The facts are: 1. I researched the internet this week to discuss doing to some cabinet work for my garage, along with some storage solutions. 2. Found Garage Outfitters of Southlake Tx..... but there were no reviews on angieslist. 3. Made contact with the owner on Wed of this week and we agreed for me to drive from Melissa Tx to Southlake where their showroom was. Drive time was 55 min for me. 4. Appointment set at 11am. I got their about 5 min prior to the appointment time. I waited till 11:15am to call and check to see if I had my times wrong....thinking it might be for 11:30am. Got his voicemail. 5. I get a call back within 5 min. The conversation started out with, "im not going to be able to make it, because of a project going longer than expected" "I can meet you later on this afternoon". And he began to apologize 6. A testament to how a company operates is how effective they are about meeting commitments, communicating along the way, and going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. 7. I never got a call to reschedule, I lost valuable time in driving almost and hour to get there, and I lost confidence in their ability to meet commitments and deliver a quality product. I cannot recommend them
