Bolton Glass, LLC

This is the worst glass company in the metroplex. I needed simple glass shelving for a custom made China cabinet. Bolton Glass came out to measure the cabinet. After not hearing from them for over two weeks my husband inquired about the shelving. They needed to come out and remeasure the cabinet. Almost three weeks pass and the shelving is ready. Unfortunately one set of shelves was cut incorrectly or measured incorrectly and could not be installed. Bolton installed one side of the cabinet and left. The did not clean the glass before leaving. Weeks pass and Bolton glass shows up at my home unannounced. Luckily my mother was there. They brought the shelving but did not bring any hardware to install the shelves. The left the glass shelving on the floor. My husband was able to install the shelving, once he got home, and of course I had to clean the glass again. Throughout this entire process I was told repeatedly Justin would call me. I never heard from Justin.

Installed glass shower wall to newly renovated guest bath. They were professional during measurement and install. Great value for the material and labor. Highly recommend and would use again.

We bought a new home with a large semi open shower. It was an odd shape so we were not sure we could get a shower door installed. Bolton Glass was able to manufacture and install a beautiful new glass shower door with hardware that matches what we already have. Well worth the reasonable amount we spent. Bolton Glass gave me the best quote for installing a frameless glass shower surround. The quality is excellent, and they are prompt in their communication and easy to work with! They get their glass from an outside manufacturer, so the project took a little longer than I would like. But overall my experience with Bolton glass was great!

I got the Bolton's name from a large glass installation company in Dallas who doesn't serve Fort Worth. It was a great tip. I contacted three companies and Bolton was the most responsive, best design, most careful and cheapest. My project was a very large shower enclosure and it came out perfect. Very happy.

Working with Amy, Scott, and Robert was a pleasant experience. Material and installation look great. Robert and David made sure glass panel and door were straight and aligned perfectly.

Technicians did extra caulking on shower unrelated to door with mold resistant caulking. Appreciate the extra service!

Robert was not only prompt but early ! and that was good. He was pleasant, efficient and fast.....he didn't even bother taking his coat off....which makes me think the job was so minor that what I was charged should have been less. And that's the reason for only 3 stars on value. Definitely 5 stars on everything else.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom, removing a large corner tub and replaced with a large shower. We contacted Amy at Bolton Glass to get a quote for a new frame-less shower glass. Scott arrived promptly and as we discussed our plans and requests with him, he offered very professional advise. We were pleased to hear about his many years in the business and it was obvious he was passionate and knowledgeable. He took measurements and followed up in a very timely manner with a quote, which we accepted. The glass arrived in the time he promised and Scott and his team showed up promptly and went to work quickly. The result was amazing! Their work was precise and perfect as we have found no faults. We highly recommend Scott, Amy and the whole Bolton Glass team!
