+ -1 moreGreat......at first. He planted all that were on the landscaping plan. I watered as he asked and within 6 months, lost 15 or so shrubs and flowers. I called him repeatedly as he said they were covered for a year. He was late answering my calls and replaced maybe 5 but said the rest would follow. They never did and he never returned my calls. I would not use him as he is not of his word or contract. Too much of a hassle to take him to court, and I think he knows this. Just this weekend, cut down our $1000 Holly tree he planted that died. It was only 5 years old. I did like his assistant who I thinks needs to go into business for himself.

+ -1 moreI had about 50 bushes, trees and plants installed by Avery Landscaping. About 8 months later, 6 of the plants did not survive even after proper watering and care. In an attempt to get these plants replaced under Avery's warranty, I sent a couple of emails and made phone calls. None of these contacts were returned and the warranty has not been honored.

+ -1 moreThey came out to take measurements for an estimate to remove sod for a paver installation project. I called three times after their site visit to obtain the estimate, but they never came through. Twice I talked with someone, and they kept saying they were working on it and would get back with me. They never did. I awarded the job to someone else.

+ -1 moreVERY PROFESSIONAL; HAD WONDERFUL IDEAS FOR LANDSCAPING. FOR THE MOST PART THEY WERE PROMPT; TOOK A WHILE TO RETURN SOME CALLS. VERY GOOD WARRANTY FOLLOW UP.
