Description of Work: When we first hired them to do our lawn care maintenance, company mentioned our current landscaper shouldn’t be using a lawn tractor because our yard is small and is damaging our yard. It’s been a year now with them, they too ended up using a lawn tractor which ended up damaging the grass, yard, sprinkler heads, none was offered to be fixed. Customer service over time declined, not the same anymore. The services changed, its rushed now, which resulted in damages to our yard. Lastly, although it’s a small amount, we didn’t like not being notified in advance of added 4% processing fee when paying electronically. I will say their cost of services are fair, they are timely, they do communicate if they will not be able to come if it’s because of weather, etc. They are dependable.

+ -1 moreThere was a slight mishap when they came to cut the lawn. However, the problem was quickly resolved, and they took ownership of it. We did pay in full in cash.
