No problem with purchase. Installation was the problem. The installer was supposed to arrive around 9 a.m.; at 10 a.m. I called the store and was told he was "on his way." He showed up at 11:15 a.m. and unloaded the roll of new carpet on the front lawn. Then he removed the old carpet and pad...and left because he forgot his tools to install the new carpet. Two hours later he hadn't returned and the sky was clouding up, preparing for a thunderstorm--while the roll of new carpet was sitting on the front lawn! I called the store again but no one answered. Then he returned and told me that he had decided to take his lunch break. He installed most of the carpet and then ran out of nails to install the carpet on the stairs. By this time, it was 4:30 p.m. He said he'd come back on Monday to finish the job. He did. But a job that should have taken half a day took a day and half.
Description of Work: Removed old carpet & pad in living room and on stairs; installed new carpet
