I called Snyder Air Conditioning at 3:55 PM on a Saturday after noticing my AC wasn't cooling the house properly. A human answered, took my information, and stated that someone will call me in a few minutes. Exactly 20 minutes later, Mr. Snyder called me, and again around 5:00 PM when he was in the area. He was punctual, professional and polite. He checked the inside AC first, and then the unit outside. The unit was 10 years old. He said it was low on coolant and showed me a few other items which might need replacing sometime, but there was no hurry. I was able to use a $20.00 coupon from his website. He did what was necessary and did not try to sell me items I did not need. I felt very confident about the experience, and would definitely use him again.

We have been using Snyder A/C for several years. We bought our present unit from them in 2009. At that time they replaced everything including tubing, but except the ducts. They checked for air leaks throughout. We are very conscious of our maintaining our A/C (the last one lasted 25 years and was still woking fine), and we bought a semi annual maintenance program from them which has turned out to be very reasonable. Their service, timeliness, and cleanliness are great. We foresee using no one else unless they close up shop.

I called Synder Air because our heater wasn't working. They told us they would have someone out at 8:00 the next morning. The office representative also informed me about their website where I could find a coupon and read the bios of the employees that would be coming to service my A/C/heater. They arrived promptly at 8:00 and were very friendly and professional. By 8:10 the next day the worker was already troubleshooting the problem. A few minutes later it was fixed. While they were here we asked them to take a look at our A/C unit. They worker checked out our unit and informed us that the tape was coming off of several ducts and that one of them was the wrong size. They called in more workers right away and cleaned/repaired the unit and replaced the wrong sized duct. They were done with all their work by 11:00 and for all their work we only paid close to $200. I would definitely call them again and I am telling everyone I know about their amazing customer service. Since our service we have received their newsletter and another coupon. I am very happy with their service.

Aaron showed up right on time and even called 15 minutes before the scheduled appt.to inform me he was on his way. He explained everything he was checking and filled me in on anything that might be of concern down the road. He was very professional,conscientious and friendly. He appeared very well trained and skilled. He was extremely thorough and cleaned up upon completion. He wrote out a detailed report of what was performed. I was totally impressed from the time I made the initial phone call to set up the appt. to the end result. I highly recommend Snyder's and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

He provided me with several different options...replace just the compressor, explained to me about the SEER on the unit I had vs. the SEER ratings that are available now, the size unit (if the size I currently had was doing the job, then I did not need a bigger size), etc. There was no pressure to decide what to do or when to do it. He basically just gave me the facts for me to decide. Since it is South Texas, I was ready to decide and get the project of replacement underway quickly. I decided to replace the units both inside and outside since I had over 17 years of life from this one. The next day, which was Monday, they were here with everything by 10 AM and completed the install of everything before the end of the day. They were courteous, neat (cleaned up after themselves throughout the process), efficient, and worked nonstop until they were finished. Although I did not list price of service, I feel that the price for this service was reasonable for the service and equipment that I received.

They are very professional and always do a great job. I have service contracts on two A/C units. When A/C unit went out on a Fri. at 5:00 they came right away to repair it!! The office staff and service men will all treat you in a kind, personal way! I recommend them to everyone!

On March 1, 2013, Hector came by to keep his quarterly service appointment . He was very friendly, and personable, explaining everything he did as he went along. Everything went smoothly, and when he left, he told me that if anything went wrong, or I had any questions, he would be available to check on me further, or answer any questions I might have...at anytime. HOW GREAT IS THAT? I highly recommend Snyder!

During the estimate process of shopping for the new system, the professionalism and attention to detail shown by Snyder was heads above the other vendors. The price, warranty, and service were more than competitive. We were not pressed to purchase anything that was not needed. The system was installed very promptly, and the technicians were fast, efficient, and neat. There was no clean up left for us to deal with! We had a recent minor issue, and the service call was responded to and resolved quickly.
