+ -1 moreI had to have my son come down from North Dakota. He lives 180 miles short of Canada and I live six miles north of the Rio Grande Valley. So he drove all the way. He is a super carpenter. He took out one wall. He took out the whole wall and fixed it all over. Usually, they're pretty. But, they weren't this time. They assured me that the termites were not up in the ceiling. My son took half of the ceiling down because they were up in the ceiling, eating the boards. So, my son got all of that fixed. I would think that they should give me every dime of my money back. They didn't do what I paid them to do. I paid them $2600. They were so bad. They assured me that these were not going up the wall. I kept calling them back and calling them back. They don't come on time.
Description of Work: I paid them to get rid of the termites.

+ -1 moreOrkin came out right away for our rodent problem and kept coming out until the problem was gone. Their service response was faster than terminex and that's why we initially went with them. We used to have a lot of roaches and other pests wandering into our home and ever since orkin came out we haven't seen anymore.
