+ -1 moreI paid the usual commission charges. They were part of a last effort on selling a property that had been in the market for a while. We had changed over to them as an agent and they sold the property less than a week after that. The house was on the market for quite a while. The broker over there was a very Christian man and he was very straight forward. The entire office went out of their way to help me out.
