Description of Work: Move from Harlingen to Brownsville

Description of Work: The estimator, Regina, was excellent and very professional. The service was punctual, right on time. The problem was in loading and unloading the truck. Our items were not handled with great care. They were trying to save time, but lacked good handling. Things were broken when being loaded in Mission and because of what I thought was poor loading, things were broken in transit. The same was true for unloading--the driver told everyone (helpers) the faster it was unloaded, the better their bonus would be. Because of that, things were dropped, broken and mishandled. Just from what little I saw with the broken items, no telling how many items were damaged that were packed in cartons. We had an entire van load full of goods that were unloaded at our house and at two storage facilities, so it will take some time to go through everything to see what the final damage will be.

Description of Work: The estimator came on time and was very professional.( He was one of the main reasons I chose this company. I had gotten two other estimates.) He quoted me a price on the spot. Movers came on day they were supposed to. It was a partial load and I had done the majority of packing myself. They packed what furniture I had plus over 100 boxes. It took them approximately 3 hours to pack. They were very friendly and courteous. Everything was inventoried. We were moving 800 miles away. They put my belongings in a warehouse for 20 days and on the last promised day delivered my stuff. There were a few small scratches on things but no big deal. One item got broken but I think it was because I didn't pack it well enough. The leg on one small table was also broke. All in all, they did everything they said they would do.
