+ 0 moreInitially responded well, came over within 15 minutes of calling. They said they knew what it was and would be an easy fix.....then nothing. They never came back, never called back, never answered the phone, despite numerous messages, no response. I unfortunately had to try someone else and wasted two days waiting on these people. My family are now having to go another day taking cold showers due to the wasted time of this company. Initial response was great, then they dropped the ball. Wish I would have seen the other persons comment prior to calling them. Oh well, lesson learned.

+ -1 moreThey were amazing, came out looked at the entire house and what needed to get fixed. And then they disappeared. Wouldn't answer their calls, didn't come back as promised just sort of disappeared. I'm not sure what happened as to why they won't answer their phones but it just rings and doesn't go to voicemail. I was very disappointed as they seemed to be a very solid company. I had to higher another company who answered their phone.

Description of Work: Called on a Monday and they apologized that they couldn't come out until Tuesday which was not a big deal as it was only to replace a ceiling fan and not an emergency. Excellent service, friendly and professional and will definitely use them for all electrical needs in the future. 5 Star rating!

+ -1 moreOverall, they were great! Timely, professional, clean, and the job got done in less than half a day, once they completed their assessment. I had them come in to give me an estimate after I had bought the house. The initial electrician from Harlingen who came in to evaluate the home's electrical system did a p***-poor job of assessing what was wrong with the home, which ended up costing me more money AFTER I bought the home. Edgar from Gonzalez Electric came in, did the initial eval, and got the job right. Period. If you're getting an estimate for a home you're purchasing, make sure the electrician does a FULL eval of electrical system so that you can use that as a bargaining tool if/when they find problems. Be sure to call Edgar from Gonzalez Electric for a free and ACCURATE estimate!!!!
Description of Work: I needed at least 4 GFCI's and at least two circuits added to my new home. I also needed a few panels blocked off appropriately in my breaker box, and the rest of the house reviewed to make sure everything was up to code.
