+ -1 moreI was just trying to upgrade my thermostat and only needed help connecting one wire. Problem was fixed in under 5 minutes. Was told it would be around $90 and I didn't have a problem with that. What I was not told about, was the $75 diagnostic fee, just for coming out.... I felt cheated. I am tired of hidden fees....
Description of Work: Help installing thermostat. I just needed help with one wire. I was just unsure where it went.

Responded to a related problem right away and resolved the issue quickly. Price was good for the quality units installed.
Description of Work: Installed new air conditioning system in home, including outside and inside units (compressor, heat pump and air handlers).
