I am very happy at how my roof came out and they were very professional. They walked me thru the steps and they were the cheapest I could find. They did say it would take about a week to a week and a half but it ended up taking 3 weeks. I wasn't that dissapointed since I expected it from reading previous reviews as long as the job got done right.

They were very prompt and got the work done. They cleaned up after themselves. We have a very steep roof on our house and we had one little incident where a piece of the metal came flying down and it broke something. Instead of me going out and finding out later on, they actually came and told me about it. They apologized and offered to pay for it, which is unusual. They gave us an estimate and everything was quick. It was a nice experience. It was great. Insurance covered part of the total bill.

They were very professional and I had no issues with them. I would use them again if I needed it.

I like the roof. I spent about $20,000 on the job. It was very expensive, but it was a good choice for me. They did not have to rip anything off. They just put the new roof on top of the roof I had earlier. Another homeowner had recommended them to me. They were very pleased with them as well. I am very pleased with the job that they did. The person, who came out, was a little too chatty. However, he was a nice guy. I was never home when the workers did the work. They always cleaned up. The job was done in a very professional manner. I did not have any complaints. The work looks really good. They came out and asked if the work was done well. The price was a little high, but I did not have a lot to gone on by. They had a very professional manner. My neighbors were watching them while they did the work. They did say that the people, who had recommended to me, would get a check of $75. I asked the person and he had not received the check. I do not think they followed through on what they said. I was happy with the job overall. I would use them again in the future if it was the same situation.

We have found that there have been no leaks, which is good. We are conscious when we put on a new roof. They did a good job in cleaning up after themselves because when they tear off the roof, they may have nails and stuffs; but I don't recall having any flat tires, which was good.

The owner Mike was the one who came out and gave us the best price all over Texas. He personally came out and then when we saw that something needed fixing he came out himself and fixed it. I think he is honest. He came at the appointment time. I would use him in the future but there won't be a need because it is guaranteed for life.
