 + -1 moreOverall, it went well. I'm and quot;just this guy,and quot; but if I have any more 'puter problems, I'll go to Jim.
Description of Work: It was a simple job, really. We'd broken the monitor on our laptop. He just had to order one and install it. My being "just this guy," I didn't feel comfortable doing it myself. I asked a retailer, who said it'd cost $500, so when I called Jim, I wasn't optimistic. He quoted a much lower price, and the price I paid was lower than that. The service did take awhile, but he stayed in touch about the part's being in transit the whole time. Good man.

 + -1 moreJim is always punctual, does excellent work and tells you how much his charges will be before he starts. I have never had a complaint about his work.
Description of Work: I've been using this computer consulting company for about 4 years. The owner (Jim Workman) is the technician I use to service my home computers (3 laptops and one HP all-around printer)). He has installed equipment and new software for me and does an excellent job. Jim has detected and eliminated viruses from my computers and installed camera surveillance software for my home. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
