Excellent! Same day service and very reasonable price. They fixed a pair of leaking pipes under a pier and beam house. It took them about 90 minutes to do the whole job.

They looked for the leak and thought they found the culprit but dug a little deeper and found the actual source of the problem. They were very quick, thorough, and professional.

The team of Dino and Cesar listen carefully to all of my experiences with sickening but transitory odor. They acted like true detectives investigating all plumbing fixtures,drains,vents. Outside,inside and attic. They wouldn't quit until they found the source and could recommend a remedy . The problem was not sewer but attic rodents. An exterminator fixed my problem. I cannot recall when I have ever been happier with a service provider . Buds was tremendous.

They came right away, the people that came were nice. Good service and good workmanship and a good deal overall. Price was good too.

Initially, he did not show up or call me back for estimate. However, I found out this was due to an emergency. He got back to me later, apologized and met me later only with a couple of hours notice. Free estimate. Knowledgeable.

They said they would try to fit me in today. Somebody showed up right away. There was a young man in training and he did perfect. I've never had such fast service. They were done in 30 min. Very professional.

They dropped whatever they were doing the day before to come fix our emergency. Bud, himself inspected the damage previously, and arranged for his men to come in the morning. They did it all in one 8 hour day. However, the spigots were done the following day. I had requested that after our initial agreement and they took care of it.

Came over in couple of house and didn't have to tear brick or inside wall. Left better faucet and was even reinforced by the old man himself.

Had gas company check yor a leak which they found and turned the gas off called Bud that mrning and they were out before noon and had the leak fixed that day

The plumber came out on 10/2 about an hour after I called the office and snaked the drain 40 feet. All was well until the drain backed up again on 10/12. I called the office and the plumber returned within a half hour and snaked the drain again, this time 75 feet, all the way to the sewer line. They treated the second visit as a re-call, no charge.

It went well. Basically we discovered a large leak in the main water line and dug down to the leak but realized it would take a plumber to fix the problem. The plumber I normally use couldn't get to it for a couple of days so I checked Angie's list and called Bud's. They were able to get out here that day and take care of the problem.

They do good quality work and I like that.

Bud, the business owner, came over, saw the water on the floor. We worked out a deal that lowered his initial estimate. The next morning his workers were there promptly as promised. Within the hours I was at work, they finished. The work outside, however, was completed the following morning. That was because I added the request for an extra bib and drain clean out while they were showing me the work they'd done. I found out Bud had pulled the guys off from another repiping job to come do mine. That was too cool.

I contacted Bud's Quality Plumbing. They arrived within an hour and were able to clear the problem in about 15 minutes. The price was reasonable and if necessary were willing to accept a payment plan.

Excellent service, prompt, great aaitude

They had billed us $300 because they had come out three times to fix the same problem. I just paid the initial bill and they have not sent another bill. I wish they had done this job thoroughly the first time instead of having to come back out two more times. Other than that they did finally correct the problem. So far their price is fine. The end result was good. They were very punctual. I think we will continue to use their services again in the future.

They were quick, cleaned up their mess, and were very kind to my aging stroke-affected father. My dad has used this company for about 30 years and they have always done a very prompt professional job at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this company.

I would recommend this company. It's an old company that has been in business for forever. They have done work for me for 15 years on my home, my other home, and all of my rentals.

Took a couple of tries to get in touch with Bud but found out that email was our best method of communication. I was coordinating the job from Houston while his crew worked in south Texas. His workers showed up on time, worked hard and got the job done on schedule. Bud would keep me up to date with email reports and answers to my questions. They cut small holes in the walls inside cabinets where necessary and spent a good deal of time in the attic in the summer heat. When they finished we had good water pressure that we had not had for years. Their price was comparable to what a neighbor paid a few years before for the same type work with another company.

Work was solid! Arrived on time and with two very professional young men. It took them about an hour to complete and one of them even assisted me with an issue I had with my garbage disposal free of charge. Quick, professional, and didn't try to screw me on the price with any falsification of what was wrong with my toilet base.
