Description of Work: They sold us the flooring for the entire home. They were extremely helpful and very cooperative when working with the numbers and the cost. The cost was quite fair. They are extremely wonderful to work with.

Overall very disappointed with my experience. Installer showed up an hour late the first day and after saying he would finish that day, it eventually took two more days. Showed up 1.5 hours late the second day as well. Installer was very unfriendly and seemed put out during the entire install. Quality of installation was average. No one from the company inspected or followed up after the installation. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: Purchase and installation of vinyl plank flooring.

Initial set up and carpet decision was good. Once settled on date for install, Installers were late starting. Original plan of what suppose to happen was not accurately relayed from store to installers. Existing tile at front entry was removed and was suppose to stay. After all day carpet was completed (except for metal strip at kitnchen entry)but tile in front was still not done. Installers did not return until 630PM next day to finish tile but again did not have what was needed to finish carpet strip agt kitchen. What was suppose to be 1 day install will now not be competed until day 3.
Description of Work: Install Carpet and small tile entryway.
