We are a military family who had to do a PCS move. We rented a property through this company. Upon arrival to the property there were several issues that were found with the home. Given the home is almost 20 years old we were not expecting to find a home in brand new condition. However, we were told the carpets would be cleaned and the home would be nice, not with dried bugs on the carpet and white touch up spackle on the walls. These could have been fixed, however, upon inspection of an upstairs air unit that was struggling to work we discovered mouse feces. Since mice can carry over 25 known diseases and the home has been empty for over three weeks, which was enough time for an unknown amount of mice to take up home. We also noted ants crawling from a cupboard to a window. The outside had wasp nests that were in the making all over the shed in the back, and inside the shed it appeared to be more mice/mouse or unknown rodent feces. Since we had all of our belongings in a truck and were now homeless because I refuse to put my family, to include four children in a home with mice we said we would not take possession of the home. We offered to rent another one of their homes. One of the owners stated that he wouldn't be able to let us know until Monday, mind you it was Saturday when we found all of this. So now we wait to see if we can get another home with all of our belongings sitting in a truck that was to be unloaded on Sunday. Not only were we told that we could not break the lease but the home was habitable and they have never seen a mouse in the home. Because the pictures we have of mouse poop are fake?? That I should put my children in a dirty home, that wasn't move in ready and had problems. They said they were sending people out, but what this company fails to understand is that mice aren't a simple thing to get rid of and my family is not going to be put in harm’s way by chemicals or animals. The level of services prior to this had been wonderful but the level to which they care for their properties is absolutely horrible and the fact that they are okay with these standards is sad. Now we have to find a new home and take on legal fees because they failed as a property management company! They have also failed the owners because they obviously did not do their part to keep this home in working condition. And when I posted a review on Yelp they tried to say it wasn’t that company when the gentleman in the picture was the one at my home and the lady who said it was the wrong business looks a lot like the woman who was with him…. Unacceptable!!!

Come rain or shine (no pun intended) Pat took me out when my schedule allowed. She was very accomodating!
