Only worked on our project after he got off his day job. Sub contracted the drywall, texture and painting, which was done well. Floor contractor tried to lay the tile outside of the floor molding and had to remove the laid tile and reinstall. Door was put in with the shipping cleats still attached, which resulted in the door threshold about a 1/2 inch off the floor. We finally contacted a professional door contractor and he came over and ripped out the door and then installed it correctly. His original bid was $6,000, but I told him I was docking a $1000 off because on the poor quality of work and he said make it $1500, implying that he knew he did a lousy job.

They textured and painted the walls. They did a good job of making it match. He previously built some bookcases and repaired a wall for us. He does a lot of different things, including some plumbing as well. He's been helping us for about five years. When I wasn't happy with one job, he came back and fixed it until I was satisfied, which I really value. I trust him and feel like his price is fair.
