Description of Work: very friendly did a great job, would reccomend to anyone needing an exterminator and they did not charge an arm and a leg. Promised to come back again within 30 days for free if problem was not taken care of.

 + -1 moreI have used Western Exterminating for years. All their employees are courteous and willing to answer any questions you may have. They are always prompt and if they are going to be late which is rare they will call and let you know. Often times they may call and say they are running ahead of schedule to see if you want them to come a little earlier. I would highly reccommend them
Description of Work: I am on a quarterly pest control program, so it is rare that I have a problem. The time that I had the really big problem was with termites in my shed. I called them and they were able to send someone out to look at the problem within a couple of hours and it was close to closing time. We then scheduled the appointment to do termite treatment and he went ahead and did all the prep work and some temp treatment, so now we check it twice a year. Luckily they were not in my house yet.

 + -1 morehave been with this company for many years. dewayne, til, and ed are all very knowledgeable and skilled. this time, on my problem with guinea ants, ed followed up and did a touch up (at no charge), even though i was past the warranty period. great service! also i recommend the sentricon system for truly effective termite control.

 + -1 moreWe highly recommend them. They are very thorough. They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for plus they will come out in between services. The are cognizant of pets. They are extremely professional, polite, and respectful of my home. They are definitely not subcontracted and they are rarely late.
Description of Work: They treated mice and trapped a raccoon today. They do pest control and regular scheduled service. They do mosquito misting systems and animals control too.

If they say they are going to be there Tuesday at 1, they are there Tuesday at 1. They are clean, they leave no mess, and they are like family I have known them for so long.

 + -1 moreIt has been excellent. I moved into this house since 1984. There was scorpions and I called them and I have been using them for 24 years since. We also had termite problem and they fixed that at a reasonable rate.
Description of Work: They seed, fertilize, put weed killer on my lawn 7 times a year. They also stop the bugs from coming back. They exterminate my house quarterly.
