+ -1 moreThey don’t repair the floor, all they do is relay the concrete. That is with any plumber, none of them repair the floor. That’s the biggest thing we’ve had done. It cost us $1,500 back then.
Description of Work: The largest thing S & K did, they had to jack hammer my kitchen floor out and laid new pipe.

+ -1 moreWe have been using them for 20 years. The new tenants are already in there. We put a family member in there because there is a lot of work that still needs to be done. I had him there most of the day, I was the only call that day.
Description of Work: It was our rent house. He hit the leaky washer, washing machine, clothes washer. He had to check the kitchen sink, two bathroom sinks and roto-rootered the first bathroom tub.
