Wonderful. Came out better than I had hoped.

My rep., Bill Hammer, has been great to work with. The lawn team has rejuvenated our lawn by taking the time to do the work correctly. The pricing is fair and the responsiveness is excellent. Have been really happy to deal with them on a variety of issues.

It was for too much. He was very pleasant. I wouldn’t use them because they were a little bit more expensive than others.

I gave them "A's" on everything and that is why we keep paying them $683 a month. Four or five people come out to complete the work. It takes maybe a hour and a half to 2 hours to complete the work. We have a rather large piece of property. They leave the area perfect.

I contacted Peterson's about landscaping my flower bed that ran across the front of my house.. I wanted everything in my old bed removed and replaced with LOW maintenance shrubs and perennials. Bill Hammer came out, listened to what I wanted, and prepared a rendering of his suggestions. It was exactly what I was looking for and we agreed on a date to begin. The three guys that came out were very professional, friendly, and punctual and I cannot commend them enough .. they did an absolutely splendid job, cleaned up after they were through, and carried away all the debris. Additionally, they laid some new St. Augustine sod in a couple of areas. II would definitely recommend Peterson's for your next landscaping job. I also signed up for Peterson's monthly lawn maintenance program. The guys do a great job and are very thorough each time they are here. They are the best lawn maintenance company I've tried and I plan on staying with them. If you are looking for a lawn maintenance crew .. you won't find a better one than Peterson's Landscaping and Maintenance.

They were fine, but we ended up doing it ourselves.

They were great. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. I was satisfied with the service. They were very dependable and reliable.

I liked the quality of it. They were excellent. I would recommend them. They are not inexpensive, but they do really good work and you don't have to worry about the quality of work.

Bill was courteous and professional. He offered a number of ideas as well. His quote was also competitive on price. However, we ultimately chose another provider in order to deliver our scope of services turn-key, and Bill was respectful of that decision.

After contacting through Angie List, it took over three days to get a response stating they had been very busy and inquiring of my landscape needs despite having requested lawn maintenance and a yard cleanup. When I clarified what I was looking for they were quick to respond they didn't cover my area. So if you live in a village but your in the DFW area, they will not serve you. I got the impression they seem more interested in landscape work than maintenance work. While they can service the areas they chose, it is somewhat perplexing they would serve the city that surrounds my area but not mine. That being said based on how my request was handled I was not left with a good impression. There work may be otherwise but their customer service was lacking.

I sent him an email with details on what I was needing and wanted pricing on individual items and he couldn't give the pricing. After trying four times, I've given up on getting the work done.

Everything went perfectly and looks very good.

Prior to the work being done, my property showed painted markings showing they had called the appropriate people to mark any underground lines, etc. They arrived on time to prune the tree to allow for better growth, as well as more (much needed) sun to reach my yard. They used a machine to break up the ground to prepare for laying of sod. While I watched, I saw water gush out of the water line they hit. The proper authorities had not marked the line, and it was also obvious to me the line was only 2 or 3 inches deep, which is very shallow. They knew exactly what to do and how to fix it. My water was restored within 2 hours. They also checked water pressure to make certain there were no leaks. The fault with the breakage lies with the builders in 2000, and with the city for not marking the line. They finished breaking up the dirt and laid the sod. They rolled the sod and watered the grass. By mid-afternoon they had completed the work. Any time I had an issue, they worked with me to resolve it. I would recommend Peterson's Landscape & Maintenance to anyone seeking to have landscaping work performed.

I was able to get an estimate pretty quickly. And this is in the middle of the summer in texas. All the lawn companies are booked for weeks. They showed up gave me a price quote, told me they were scheduled out pretty far, but they could get one their maintenance crews to come by and do all the work. It took about two weeks before they were able to get the crew over. It was still before our deadline so not too bad. They did good work. You can't even tell there were crape myrtles in front of my house. There were some items on the list that got missed and I had to call them to come back, but they did so promptly. The company was very friendly and worked with me very well.

Excellent. Quality job. All employees were courteous and professional. Landscaping looks great. Highly recommended. We have used them foe additional projects.

Each time we contacted Richard with Peterson's we would wait for his time appointed follow up. After not hearing from him, we would contact him to see how everything was going. Each time it was like we were starting all over again. After our third and last appointment on a Wednesday, we were expecting preliminary drawings to be delievered on Friday. We never heard from him again, and decided that Peterson's might have an overload of business and not able to help us. After not hearing from them for about four weeks, we decided to contact a local company.

It's going well. They come out every week to service yard.

He is going to cut down a tree, weed, and trim bushes, fertilize and do regular maintenance.

I have been using Peterson's for about 3 years now and they never fail. I call them in the Spring and Fall for my seasonal maintenance and color changes. They are always prompt with their responses and do a great job every time. Their quotes are accompanied with drawings that really help give you the entire picture. I would recommend Peterson's to anyone who needs landscaping work done.

They were very efficient and nice. They came when they said they would and got the job done. Our interaction with them has been good and the work they did turned out perfect.

First I'd like to state that their responsiveness was exceptional! I contacted through Angie's List and was replied to within hours. This in itself was pleasing. Next, they called the same day to schedule an appointment at my home during a time that worked best for me and my husband (who works weeks out of town at a time) Ken showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. I would have LOVED to do business with this company. Unfortunately, we are in priority need of the maintenance package and they did not have a crew in our area for weekly/bi-weekly work at this time!! We will definitely keep them in mind for the other projects though! Thank you for making the process pleasant and professional!!

I started service with them in March and I continue with them today. I pay them a monthly fee for them to come out every week. They listen to me; you would be surprised how many companies don't. They are responsive, prompt and executed the plans they said they would do. I don't have any complaints about them at all.
